This is a good choice for a healthier meal with the convenience of a drive thru window and a nifty electronic screen from which to order from. We enjoy the tasty turkey sandwich on wheat bread with extra vegetables. The combo makes it all the better.

I’ve tried this location a handful of times, and every time I tell myself maybe it’ll be better this time. And every time I hate that I gave them another shot.
Once again, the bread was stale, there were 3 jalapeños on my sandwich, and the service or lack there of, was non-existent. They dont seem to care one ounce about service. It feels like they wanted a franchise of any kind and picked Subway and they regret their decision everyday. I dont recommend this location. The convince of the drive through was the only thing that kept me coming back to be honest. I won’t be going back.

This is the worst location ( Franklin, TN – drive thru on 1212 Murfreesboro) I have EVER been to. And I ‘ve been to ALOT in different states as well. I work nearby so it is convenient and so I have tried a few times thinking each time hopefully it would be better. 1. EVERY time I order – they fill the majority of the sandwich with lettuce. 2. The order is NEVER correct. Something is always left off. 3. They SMASH the sandwich so hard like they are strangling the life out of it. 4. Every visit – a different sandwich and they just are a pitiful representation of a sub. I will NEVER go back to this location. Opportunities given. Lesson learned. This is why I prefer Firehouse.

I truly hate subway, this location especially. I have NEVER received a correct order from them, but also they skimp on everything. It’s pathetic that competitors actually give you toppings and not just 12″ (which is actually like 10″) of bread. I WILL never order subway again, from any location. The company disgusts me, their food disgusts me, and the quality is everything but quality. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow for negative stars. (The picture is from my recent order, and isn’t even what I ordered. But yet somehow even getting it wrong it’s pathetic)

I ordered 3 cookies on 3/31/22 @ around 9:40 pm. I realize that it is late so I can understand why the cookies might be stale (they are), but there is no excuse as to why the employee gave us one broken cookie. It would have been better to just say that they did not have any. ALSO, he did not give a receipt or napkins. After handing us the cookies he closed the window and walked away despite our honking the horn for attention.
