I watch the gentleman with gloves on his hands, start to make my sandwich, pause, then turn to ring somebody out at the register. With the gloves that he started making my sandwich with still on, ring a customer up, then return to finish making my sandwich, immediately placing both hands on both ends of the sub. I brought it to his attention, that he in fact still had on the same gloves that he used to ring the previous customer up. I’m not okay with him ringing somebody out whether he used a card or if it was cash or anything. If he simply was pushing buttons, I don’t care either way. He had the same gloves on that he had on when he started to make my sandwich. He should have taken the gloves off throwing them away to ring the guy up, then put on new gloves to finish making my sandwich.. He went straight back from the register to my sandwich and immediately placed both hands on both ends of my sub and looked at me with a dumbfounded look when I said,”sir, do you mind changing your gloves?”I said matter of fact now that your touching my sub after ringing him out with the same gloves on, I don’t want that sub. He then proceeded to argue with me, saying that the previous customer didn’t use cash. I said buddy you’re back there touching them buttons on that register where y’all can come back from using the restroom and who knows if people used the bathroom and wash their hands or not?Point is you shouldn’t even have gloves on ringing somebody up to begin with. First of all I don’t care if he took cash took card or took anything if you’re using the register ringing somebody up, he should have not had gloves on to begin with. He’s too lazy to put a different set of gloves on after handling money. Do your job, that you get paid for for doing and put on new gloves. He had a attitude problem with me liike I done something wrong? No I just don’t want to eat all the germs that people pass along the way, and there’s no telling where money and cards have been. I shouldn’t have to argue with a little 20-year-old working there like I done something wrong after the fact either. The correct response would be sir I’m so sorry I’ll throw this sub away, and I will put on new gloves for you, I apologize for that. Instead of him bowing up to me wanting to argue about how much he thought he was in the right. I don’t know what has happened to the people that work in the food industry, but it certainly is not what it used to be. It’s just plain nasty to think that he would be totally okay with not changing his gloves. Nobody else may have noticed, no buddy, you eat it because I’m not going to, and Subway lost the sale and a customer. The part that was disheartening about the whole situation was how bad his attitude was and how argumentative he became and how much he didn’t care that I was the customer. I’ll tell you you ring up all the people you want to ring up. You reuse your gloves that you ring those people out with and make your own self that sandwich and eat it buddy. I don’t have to eat that mess, not today, not tomorrow, not ever if I can help it. If I get paid to do a job, I do my job. If I don’t do my job then I’m fired or replaced so that’s what I have to tell this young man. I hope he reads this. You should perhaps find another job if you feel it’s too much of a strain on you to replace your gloves every time you check somebody out. Obviously it’s too much to ask of you to put on fresh gloves every time you make a sandwich, ridiculousness comes in many different forms.

I felt it was needed for these reviews to have an update. My husband and I came by this location because we were in the area and we were very pleased. The 2 ladies working were very kind and friendly. Everything looked fresh and was made to our satisfaction.

Need better customer service worker. Woman who works Friday morning 3/22/19 is rude and hateful. I guess if she is rude enough no one will order food and she want have to work. It’s working. I will NEVER waste my money there again!
