If I could give less I would. Came in to pick my order up, 3 employees are sitting in lobby having a great Ole time. Person behind the counter straight up ignores you. I ordered online to come in and they have even started them yet. Worst service ever. Glad to know this is a hangout instead of a business. Smdh

If I was the owner I would be disappointed that the open signs are turned off an hour before closing time. If I didn’t take the chance to walk up to the door to see if it was open subway would have lost a sell. Hannah was very helpful and did a great job. Went to the back when they didn’t have a vegetable I washed in my sub. Thank you for that. Her other Coworker wasn’t to happy to be there. Not even a simple hello. She couldn’t follow directions on what my other half wanted on her sub. Put oil when it wasn’t asked for but she looked at me and said it’s okay. Food was good.

Fantastic service and friendly workers (both of them). They work very hard and get the order right! Despite being a bit short handed at the moment they take care of every customer as if they were the only customer! Can highly recommend this shop; good food and good people! The new terayaki chicken sandwich was delicious!

I dislike giving less than 5 but it is hard to overlook when the workers shirt was touching my food…they don’t wear disposable aprons. This particular worker was just leaving the bathroom. Aprons serve as a barrier if you take them off and not wear them in the bathroom and change as needed. I did ask her to please remove her shirt from my food and I seemed to notice my request wasn’t received well.

Slow service and had to wait on a mobile order placed in advance for a specific time. Heard inappropriate music playing which wasn’t offensive for my taste but should not be heard at a Subway. Watched customers come in off the street and order and get there food before me. One item was slightly incorrect. The employees were relatively friendly.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Rude and don’t care about customers. Spoke with Gage and Drew who are both managers apparently and neither cared that the ‘sandwich maker’ was rude and unprofessional. Asked for Corp number and was denied. Advised to search online because he couldn’t give out that info. Asked me ‘what I want to get out of it?’
