Don’t order ahead online and think it’s going to help you avoid waiting in line. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving, and still had to wait for people who came in after me to be served first. Terrible service.

Love me some Subway but the last several times that we went there, the veggies looked horrible, wilted and the green peppers had white on them and looked slimy. The staff however is always amazing.

The location in Charlotte, TN that is connected to a Shell gas station does not honor the remake policy for a sandwich that they have made a mistake on. The staff are not aware of what the recipes should include for several sandwiches on the menu. The staff is not well spoken in English. I would strongly suggest finding another location or food establishment if you are hungry.

We stopped here 3 times during our stay. We told them that we are vegan and we ordered foot long veggie everything but lettuce. They brought all the fresh veggie from the back so there was no cross contamination. Thank you guys for taking care of us!!!
