THE WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER!! Two teen boys working late shift do not care AT ALL! They absolutely DROWNED MY SANDWICH IN MUSTARD and practically laughed when I brought it back. They went into the cooler still wearing gloves, came back AND CONTINUED WORKING ON MY SANDWICH!! The second I walked out they watched me and chuckled. I was kind when I certainly didn’t have to be. Will not be back until they are gone!!

The 2 young females that were working today, neither one had o a nametag, were very rude when I asked if they had the Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham footlong for $5.99. They said that NO Subway offers a footlong for $5.99, and that I didnt know what I was talking about. I told them that Lebanon had 2 for $5.99. The older one said very rudely that NO SUBWAY HAD A FOOTLONG FOR THAT PRICE. EXTREMELY RUDE. I SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT BUT I DIDNT FEEL LIKE DRIVING TO LEBANON.

I just had the best sandwich from Subway I’ve ever had in my life. No joke. I don’t know if it was like the little crispy stuff to put on the sandwiches. Now that you can request. Of course it had to do something with a sandwich maker. Maybe I got the Mayo and vinegar mixture. Perfect. I don’t know but I literally just got the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. i did a online order had 3 foot longs and they were all wrong!!! none of them were made right they were missing mostly everything, and they shorted half a sub. they will only replace the sub they short. i will not be coming back. i prefer gordonsville subway over this one!!!!!!!

I love the Smith county subway, not because it’s convenient, fast, efficient, clean or just genuinely a positive atmosphere (although it is) but because for the last several times I have gone the person who served me was Nick. I don’t normally dine in but I just loved the atmosphere! Nick has a great personality the shines through his hard work! He pays attention to what I say, he has eliminated all anxiety that comes with ordering from a subway, and he does it all while being fast efficient kind and clean. Thank you Nick! I will be coming back to this subway!

I like this store and often stop in before work. The staff are friendly and the older established employees are wonderful but, like many businesses they seem to have a revolving door of young people working here. You can have extremely different experiences based on who’s working there and who helps you. It’s really sad, but the good still outweighs the bad at this point so I keep going.

It is ridiculous the difference in what you get from this Subway and what you get from the one in Gordonsville. Living in South Carthage, I have to drive either way, so I have learned to just avoid it. But, today I tried door dash and didn’t realize the order was coming from this one until after it showed up. The salad bowl is half empty as usual and very short on dressing. I have literally never had this issue with Subway in Gordonsville and I have their salads like three days a week for lunch. Just ridiculous!

I come once a week,every week. Food is always fresh. Restaurant is always clean. And staff is so friendly. They even talk to my kids..which you dont see much. They really try to have a relationship with their guests and i love it. Highly recommend this subway
