This is the worst subway I’ve ever encountered in my life! On 9/27 I placed a mobile order 2.5 hours before closing. When I arrived at the store to pick up the door was locked. 2 girls were inside the building literally trying to hide behind shelves and the counter. They refused to even come to the door. If you don’t want to make the food, cool whatever but at least give me back my money!!! I have called multiple times (they never answer phone literally rings 100 times) I’ve gone in and told they can’t help me bc there is no manager on the weekends, refuse to give out franchise owners name and number, and here we are 3 days later and I still have yet to talk to anyone or get my 35$ back. So if you happen to be the owner reading this please get in touch with me asap. I don’t want to have to be a Karen and this is the first time in my life I’ve ever had to do this but I will. Please do not make me be a super petty person over 35$ bc honestly you guys are pushing me to that point. Do better! If you don’t want to make sandwiches, get another job!

Someone thought this was cute. Not following the business’s guidelines on what to put on a sandwich. Had to pluck 30 jalapenos off my sandwich that just had a spread of tuna. And still had jalapenos left on the sandwich because that’s how I ordered it so you put about 50 on there. Wasn’t funny, playing with my hard earned money.

The workers do not listen, nor take accountability when calling them out. Had asked for every topping from this section, circling the area twice for both sandwiches when asked. Did not listen nor pay attention and when I had pointed out I did not want olives they said I wanted everything, no ma’am I did not say that, i said from this secund. You can get a steak dinner faster than you can get a sandwich made there. They need to hire a completely new staff or fire the person who’s hiring the staff. I spend at minimum 30 min there every time I go. It’s utterly ridiculous.

This store has young children working that clearly do not know how to run a place of business. I walked in no one was in the store. After 2-3 mins of standing there someone finally comes out of the back. I get my sandwich made and go to pay and there is a roach crawling across the counter. I let the girl know and she responded with I am not sure what you want me to say. She stated there was no management there but she would let someone know. I have tried calling them for 3 days now and no one will answer the phone. Tried to call the customer service number and it gives a prompt then hangs up.

Every time I go to this location the employees are so rude and act like you shouldn’t be ordering anything. They sigh and roll their eyes as soon as you walk in, As if you being a customer is an inconvenience to them. I’ve even had a girl say to me please don’t order anything you don’t want anything from here because she was too lazy to do the job she signed up to do. Upper management definitely should consider doing a secret shopper to them.
