We went today for free 6″ sub day. The service was fast & friendly! We LOVED our sandwiches! Even though the ad said there were 4 choices, we were told that there are only 2: turkey or ham. Wasn’t an issue cuz we were already gonna get the turkey sub anyway. The blonde girl filling the orders was rocking & rolling!! I think I was the only one to leave a tip. It was FREE! Do better people!!

My granddaughter and I went in for a quick sit down sandwich and the gal was on phone with personal call ignoring us. After getting off she’s proceeds to tell us that it was going to be about 35-45 minutes because she had a catering order to get ready, seriously? I think the priority is wrong. They lost us and one other person behind us in line because of it.

Terrible service and bad attitudes. Get people in there who aren’t injured and know what they’re doing. The girl who served us, with green dreads, acted as though she’d rather not be working at Subway. She didn’t greet us at all and took forever. Maybe she should quit. I know after a long day at work myself I’ll never subject myself to this type of service.

I just want to say this is the most amazing Subway I have ever been to. I am a food delivery driver so I get around the Auburn/Opelika/Columbus area. I have eaten at many along the way. This is the third time eating at this one. They are very consistent and amazing staff.

This Subway doesn’t even deserve the one star that it makes you give them. They were serviced the worst manager the worst food. They never have the bread that they’re advertised. 30. Dirty. floors, the most disgusting Subway, anywhere in Columbus. Or Phoenix city area. Stay away from this disgusting place unless you would love to taste food poisoning.

I decides to give this place another try after about 6 months a couple of weeks ago and I must say the 2 people working there were the MOST polite people I have ever encountered in Customer Service History. I decided to pop back in today at lunch 3/2/22 and the same 2 employees were working there again. They are the BEST!!! I don’t know what they get paid but they deserve a raise. My husband and I own a business a we are lucky to have great employees that make our Customers want to come back! Kudos for hiring these two people. I encourage everyone to visit this place.

Just recently had one of the worst visits to a subway and we frequent subways wherever we go. This particular subway there was a guy working that was frustrated with us being there and with his work. He kept repeatedly saying he couldn’t wait to go home or this day to be over with. He was very rude and the girl working with him want much better.we ordered our usual The Outlaw got long. I don’t know how you can mess up a sandwich but he definitely succeeded in that for the first time that I have seen. We have visited this location 4 times previous and it was good but the workers seem like they weren’t happy with their job. But this particular time it was completely awful. We will choose firehouse across the street or a jimmy johns instead because we don’t want repeated bad service or food.
