I just purchased the meal deal of the day which was the 6’ Meatball sub meal. While they were preparing my sandwich, I noticed the bread was half way into being 2 separate pieces. Once I got back to work I recognized that I only had 3 meatballs instead of 4. One of the meatballs was inedible. I couldn’t even bite down into it, it was just that tough. Then as I’m eating, I noticed the bread is tough as well. Then they were out of ranch which isn’t a problem because that happens but they had ranch dressing packets that happened to be FAT FREE……. This Subway seriously needs some help. I don’t frequent here as much as I would like to simply because it is always and I mean always something every time I go. If it’s not the food( order and PAY for a 6inch sub, only to get a 3 to 4 inch subs) it’s the long wait time to get food because they literally move like snails with no place to go. Please get and do better.

Unacceptable. My sandwich was smashed and sloppily prepared. Waaaay too much mayo. You can barely tell that it had vegetables due to the excessive amount of mayo. I ordered a flat bread sandwich but was given white bread that was hard and crumbly and not t okayed as I requested. They failed to also give me my vitamin water as well. Highly disappointed. This is unacceptable.

Subway in the plaza by Little Caesars in Selma tends to have their up and downs. The last time I went I was told they stopped taking cash so I didn’t place a order and they were out of tomatos. I prefer going to the other Subway going West at the gas station.

Worst place ever i sent someone to order some subs for me and the fam and the guy working there just just lazy and probably on something! Unacceptable and not the order I wanted and the sub was just like it was ran through the whole neighborhood of hands just awful!! Don’t buy from here and if you do then just hope they have what you need and hope that they make your sub the way it is intended to! Would much rather buy from the subway in texaco!!

This place overcharged me and said that they don’t give receipts. It’s only two Subways in this city but they claim they don’t have the same prices. They are deceptive and slow. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating. Plus, they’re always out of this or that or the oven isn’t working or the fountain machine is out of order. Just shut both of them down.

I came in today 6/1/21 at around 12:30pm and ordered 2 foot longs. As soon as I walked in I could tell their Air conditioning was not working it was probably about 90 degrees and extremely humid and muggy … it felt worse inside than it did outside… but the 3 ladies you had working we’re doing an AMAZING job regardless of the AC not working. I gotta give them 5 stars for their amazing customer service and still keeping a smile on their face and taking care of all the customers in a timely mannner! But as far as the establishment please get the air going for your workers they deserve it! 🙂
