I accidentally placed an online order to this store and it made me have to get my sandwich 2hrs after it was ready. The girl working offered to remake my sandwich for me since it had been sitting. Amazing service and very kind too. Forgot to get her name but she deserves the praise

Try to order online, keep getting errors. Go down to this store, order, the. Proceed to wait for 45 minutes because their system refused to take cards. Just to be told they can’t take cards. 45 minutes we waited to be told cash only. The workers where nice, but come on!

TERRIBLE!!! Waited 45 minutes in line while she made FOUR SANDWICHES. I had already placed a mobile order prior. I wait 45 minutes for her to tell me she can’t make my sandwich, I ask for a refund and she looks at me with disbelief and says to do it online so I flag down the other worker and ask her for a refund and she gladly shows me how, contacts her manager, and provides wonderful coustomer service. Even getting me cash change while the other worker has a look of disgust on her face.

Just wanted in this store for 15 mins . The worked looked at me atleast 10 times never said a word. Another customer came in after me and the first thing he did was ask her what what she needed. Maybe it was because i was in a wheelchair. Maybe not. Just strange how a woman came in 10 mins after me and got helped right away. This location is garbage and I will never spend another dime here.

Very sloppy service here. Young lady was scrolling through her phone on customer before me, didn’t change her gloves before putting ingredients on her sandwich. It wasn’t my place to say anything. Maybe she didn’t care. Girl was rough with the bread. Maybe because her nails were super long. Sandwich making surface wasn’t very clean. Mayo from previous orders just there. They usually scrape away debris. Unappetizing. Standards seem low. They didn’t have onions. No way you are out of onions at 7:30 on a Monday. Just blah. I went to Piggly Wiggly next door and bought onions! I wish I had just left the food there. Gonna drive farther and get Jersey Mike’s. Everything seems lazy and low energy/vibrational. Subways in this area have some serious issues. No supervision and inconsistent service. Just seems like kids playing ‘sandwich shop’ with your real money.

I placed an order for 2 sandwiches at roughly 1:25 my order said it would be ready at 1:55.
My order was marked as ready and picked up, while not having been made. When I went in to cancel my order, they told me that I had to come back Monday for a refund, with the receipt that said I had got my food.
There was then a screaming match with the lady at the front, who butted into my conversation about how stupid it was I couldn’t get my money back. Neither employee was wearing name tags and both refused to give names to make this report.
Extremely irritated, extremely angry, extremely upset about this situation. Under no circumstances should an employee begin yelling at a customer.
0/10 experience on all accounts, I would like my money back, and will never return to a subway again.

The employees here has absolutely gone downhill. A lady before me ordered two sandwiches both of them identical and the guy making the sandwich even repeated her two of them are the same. I had a young lady take my order. When I got down the line the lady before me did not receive her second sandwich he forgot to make it and they ended up putting four people ahead of her. I had ordered a Italian BMT and somehow another I ended up receiving a meatball. While I was there waiting on mine I watched the guy behind the counter make three sandwiches and never once changed gloves while handling other utensils. Will not be going back to this location unless I see a complete change in management and employees
