The staff wasn’t very friendly the guy started making a tuna sandwich but I asked for a #12 which is Chicken Bacon Ranch then he got an attitude when I told him that he was making the wrong sandwich then the lettuce was no good it tasted nasty so I had to take it off the sandwich. I walked in and they tell me they can’t help me but can help the two people in line. What would have took to mins to make he decides to be rude and tell me he can’t help. That’s ok I won’t be back at this subway again. Sad thing is we eat here about 3 times a week but that won’t happen anymore..

Lazy. Showed up 5 till close and refused to make anything. I get it you’re tired wanna go home. So does every driver that has to spend countless nights away from their family. Further yet, don’t be rude about it when you tell me you’re closed. Pretty sure good attitude is a prerequisite for customer service. Not my fault you hate your life or decided to spend your retirement making sandwiches.

There was this African American lady that was giving me a mood tone and would make the order way harder than it was, I have poor English so I understand if people don’t understand me but you could at least be mature and cooperate with me, my English isn’t that bad, you can understand me but she was treating me like if I was a big deal and would make me repeat my self over and over while another lady only had to hear me once and she knew what I meant, and she would treat the other lady very mean, the other lady was short and had curly puffy hair and you could notice that she is new to the job p

I stop by the truck stop this subway is in daily on my way to work. So much so that staff now recognizes me and we chat. I usually grab Subway about once a week. The staff is always sweet and polite, and always do a great job.

Food was fine, but the place was understaffed and the line was long. The worker was hustling, but really needed another person especially for a bit of a lunch rush. I was also surprised there wasn’t any tea dispensers and zero napkins. Both of those issues are likely a result of being understaffed during peak times.
