Went to this location for the first time ordered a sandwich honey barbecue chicken on white bread. Got home began to eat and the chicken itself tasted funny. At first I thought it was the American cheese but later figured after couple of bites that it was the chicken that had probably been sitting there for a while was sour tasting. Then looking at my receipt was charged for the wrong sandwich. I pray to god I don’t get sick from this. Haven’t had any food from Subway in 5 years and this is experience that I have. Needless to say I will not e er go there again.

I Visit this location frequently.. I order the exact same sandwich every time..Meatball Sub with American Cheese and Parmesan..This evening I went ordered my same sandwich..Then ordered My sister a Philly Cheese steak…On The Philly I asked for Lettuce,Onions, Mayo,pepper jack cheese and to be toasted…I arrived home 15 minutes after leaving this store..To My Surprise..The Items that were supposed to be on the philly ends up on my meatball sub…I head back to the location..The older lady ask me whats the problem and I proceeded to tell her…She stopped me mid sentence and told me I watched her make my sandwich…At this point i informed her i told her what i wanted on each sandwich and she agreed…Her demeanor was very irate and rude…She Asked me to leave the store..Get in my vehicle and come thru drive thru because she was locking her door and she’s working by her self..I obliged and sat there for 30 minutes…She finally came and responded with a nasty demeanor…She only took my meatball sub and remade it..Gave me lettuce and onions in a small container mixed together…I said Thank You and she replied umm huh..I will be talking to corporate about this incident…

I didn’t even get to place an order I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and even said “hello can I place and order” more than once loud enough to where someone can hear and all I could hear coming from the back was a loud phone so I left I don’t place on coming back to this location. On top of the fact that the customer service is usually not great the employees never smile or greet me when I enter the establishment

OWNER SUE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Avoid any franchise that she owns!!! Workers made my orders incorrect and instead of trying to fix the issue, she tried to avoid me, was EXTREMELY RUDE, REFUSED TO replace Sandwiches and accused me of lying!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Feb 9 637 pm Subway doing the Lord’s work Kim and KK were awesome that customer service was efficient I asked a bunch of questions I know it’s weird to ask a lot of questions at a subway but they didn’t hesitate to ask they were energetic positive and answered my questions with care.

Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn’t complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I’ve lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y’all got something going here let’s keep it up.

What a disgusting establishment! I put in a order for pickup first of all they didn’t even know where it was after she just made it?! Like what then I asked for a cup because my order was a meal only to get of our drink machine not working it don’t have I’ve other lady says there is so I try it why this ice got black specks in it? Oh you gonna have to pay a dollar for a bottle drink was the help I received so I say it’s fine just refund the drink answer I got was that you have to do online which would be fine if that was the truth. Such a lazy set of staff and I have to pay extra because the services you offer don’t work? How about y p u turn off you online orders so customers don’t order items you as a business can’t supply!

Very clean store. That’s about the only good thing I can say. The lady got mad at me because she asked what sandwich I wanted and I told her my first she never asked if there was anything else she assumed that was it. The. She complained that she makes all sandwiches at once and made the other lady make my 2 kids meals. Asked what veggies I wanted on my sandwich she did make and I told her 3 times the 3 veggies and she still managed to not put the lettuce however she drowned it in mustard which I said no we could do that at home so it wasn’t soggy. The whole time she was complaining about working on her day off but then requested for no days off!!! If you don’t want to work then don’t request to not have days off! Needless to say this subway has to be the worst I have seen as far as customer service goes. 0/10 do not recommend FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY!!!

Placed an order on the app. Waited until the app updated and said my order was ready to head to the store. Pulled up to the drive through window, sat there for 5 minutes, nothing. Finally drove around, parked and went inside. 3 employees appeared on duty, but only 1 was working. The other 2 were on their phones. Told the lady I had an app order, she asked for my name, I told her, it was then she pulled the ticket to start making it. 15 minutes later, I finally have my order. Food was made correctly, and tasted good, however, service was awful.
