WOW. JUST WOW!! The new store management has really turned this store around. In less than a month you can already see a difference just from the food quality (the food is always fresh and the bread looks sooooo GOOD) You can feel a change to the overall atmosphere of the place. I came in and the manager was on a chair and getting all the old gross stickers off the door, she didn’t ask anyone else to do it for her, she climbed up there and did it herself!!! The staff really seems to care about you as a customer and wants to make your experience the best it can possibly be. The new manager seems to really want to make this one of the best subways in mobile. She is an absolute delight and wants to make sure you are top priority from the moment you walk in the door. I didn’t catch her name but girl if you see this, keep doing what you’re doing!! I will definitely be back and I’m telling everyone I know that they need to come here!

Don’t even bother getting a wrap here.. lol None of them know how to roll them or cut them… and the cashier seemed offended when I asked for my money back for this trash. If you expect anything from this store, expect disappointment.

Went to get my lunch 04/21/21. As seen in the picture below it clearly says masks are required but none of the employees are wearing their masks. The lady behind the counter was wearing her mask around the neck and when I inquired if masks are required she said no. Then I asked about sign on the door and she said we forgot to take it down. So if masks are not required why was she wearing the mask around her neck?? Never lie to the customers and I will notify this to the subway head-office

My bread was hard & when I Ask the lady can she use another bread she got an attitude ….so I said don’t worry about it …when I called them to see if the manager was in , the lady had a attitude over the phone ….i will never be back in that negative environment

Don’t expect to pay cash with big bills. First customer of the morning, and somehow they didn’t have change in the drawer. I’m assuming they didn’t count down from the night before – not a great idea. Their special for the day (Sunday) was meatball marinara. Because they were “slow today,” they decided not to prep the special. They openly complained about how hungover/tired they were and how often they “screw up” orders in the computer. I won’t be back. Two stars for at least preparing sandwiches properly.
