Stood in line for four minutes while five employees bumbled around talking to each other while side-eyeing me before I finally got my order taken. They were out of every single kind of bread besides wheat and they charged me three dollars to add a few pieces of pepperoni to my sandwich.

So we got a ft long Turkey sandwich & a turkey wrap told them everything we wanted on it. Pretty simple, didn’t think we needed to Eagle eye them making it. Get to our destination & no Mayo or mustard. Come in this morning & let them know that sandwich & wrap were both not right & the sandwich was so dry it was tossed (but not b4 we got a pic of it.) they say ok, putting your names down come back later after all the family had eaten in town & 3 of us were waiting to eat our replacement sandwich & wrap. Get there & they say sorry can’t replace. What why? Do you have receipt? Yup sure do! Sorry we still can’t cause we can’t prove that there wasn’t sauces on there. Um yup we have pics. Manager says remake them. So we get to our destination (about 20mins later open up bag & the sandwich is TUNA! Not Turkey!!! WTH? Why can’t you make our sandwich right? 2 nights you’ve ruined our dinner… called you up & you say bring it back tonight or you can’t help us. Mom ain’t coming back after she’s already putting babies down & in shower… seriously??? Bad business

Ordered online and paid online. Missed exit and next exit was 35 minutes away. Called to cancel order and was told I would have to contact Subway Corporate for refund on $25 order. I read fine print on app and realized no refund policy on orders nor picked up. Stopped here on return trip 4 days later and they ho ored my order and gave us our food. The hat a great group! Thanks.
