They are INCREDIBLY skimpy on their ingredients. If you order off the app and arent watching them make it to insure youre not getting half the ingredients you should be getting, this is what your sandwich will turn out like theres litterally a total of 6 leaves of lettuce on an entire footlong. I asked for extra black olives and have maybe 16 pieces on the entire thing… the smaller tomatoe slices ive ever seen… just a major joke of a sandwich. Super disappointed. Asked for extra ranch but I dont think they even put any on it. Its VERY dry. 2 full inches of the end id the sandwich is just bread.

Worst sandwich ever! I had the Boss. The sauce was burnt, the lettuce should have been thrown away 2 days ago. This is the second time eating here the first time was not good but not this bad. I won’t be back for a 3rd time.

Excellent service! I placed a large catering order of boxed lunches the night before online and they were ready and waiting at exactly the time that I requested the next morning. 100% accurate and bagged and each was labeled on what was inside. Great customer service and very friendly employees.

I ordered from website and chose the tuna wrap combo. Subway turned my order over to DoorDash (which I didn’t want to use, hence why ordered from subway online. So I was charged an extra 10.00 because of DoorDash. Then I only got my sandwich, not my combo that I ordered. When I went to the store to get this problem resolved. They only gave my drink and chips. They didn’t seem to want to make things at all. They blamed DoorDash for me not getting my combo. Made me very mad. Also my tuna wrap was not a wrap. On their online ordering, it says tuna wrap, So I selected tuna wrap. I got tuna on flatbread because they no longer carry a wrap, but yet I can still pick it online on their website. Also not happy about that. Wasn’t what I wanted.

Girl working inside not worth wasting your breath on. Can’t believe someone so rude is able to keep their job. I work in a restaurant and may be in a bad mood but still have to put a smile on for guests. I’m not asking for a whole theatrical but she ruined my whole mood with hers. Walked in and smiled at her..nothing. She was short with everything she said like I was completely inconveniencing her until someone she knew walked in and was oh so friendly to them. Won’t come back to this subway.

Ordered two footlongs on Italian herbs and cheese both were to be toasted and one extra toasted. I picked up my order and found neither of the sandwiches were toasted at all. And that one was on white bread. I understand that you can run out of the Italian bread as it’s the most popular but…. I wasn’t even told that’s what happened. I tipped the two guys behind the counter not knowing my order was cold and untoasted. Thankfully I work near an oven so I was able to get them toasted to perfection. But my experience with this subway will be the last. I will drive further down the road to insure my order will at the very least be toasted.
