They keep putting garlic aoli instead of ranch on my sandwiches. I am intolerant to garlic so this is very upsetting. The lady making my sandwich also put it together very sloppy. The meat was unevenly distributed there was barely any cheese and the vegetables were slapped on there

I love this Subway more than any other Subway in Mobile, and it’s mainly because of the employee Jamie Baker! She is the most sweetest girl I ever met. Every time I go in, she always has a friendly greeting and is ready to serve me. The subs she makes is awesome! Only if Subway had more employees like her. Just hope she is there for my next visit!

This subway was on a major 2 lane highway on our way between two stops. We love Subway because it uses fresh ingredients and menu items are freshly prepared while you watch. Recently I have been ordering their salads made from sandwiches (with all the available toppings but without the bread). These are so much better than what I can make at home in taste, size and variety.

Let me begin by saying this subway can be one of the best around and it used to be one of my favorite places to get lunch or dinner, until tonight. I went in there tonight and some lil girl with long pigtails was making sandwiches and while she’s talking to her coworkers, her hair was dragging all over the sandwich bread and meat. My husband and I left. I had lost all desire to eat after I saw that.
I was so confused how someone can be so oblivious to common/ standard food handling or kitchen safety rules. I definitely won’t be back any time this little girl is in there and I feel bad for the person who has to eat the sandwiches she was dragging her hair through.

Worst experience ever at a subway! First after we unload our kids including one in a wheelchair we are told we cannot dine in before we ordered even though no signs posted. Okay no big deal order our food all was good except my footlong my bacon was not cooked and my chicken breast was still ice cold after having it toasted. I threw the bacon away and couldn’t eat my sub because the chicken was just to cold. Girl working was training another employee and they were the only two working.

The guys made our sandwich the bread was over cooked and hard as a rock like you couldn’t bite into it was that hard. we ask him can he remake the sandwiches he told us that not his problem to make them again so we say who problem is it he tells us it’s GOD! problem I think that is so disrespectful In unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody at all so disrespectful it’s always one bad apple to a crew I really think he needs to be released from subway completely and he said he was the manager wow so unprofessional.
