I can’t say enough good things about this Subway location. Since the people from India took it over, it is first-rate. Apparently, they have Subway there and are familiar with it and do it well. This location is now the cleanest and most efficient I’ve ever seen. I usually order via the app and it is always ready when I get there. 5 stars for sure!!!! Keep up the good work Subway-on-Jack-Springs Rd… 🙂 Oh and they will take your coupons too. I use the app and it’s ready when you get there…

Stopped on my trip home to grab a bite to eat and should have walked out immediately. This place had absolutely nothing they were supposed to have. Asked for Italian Herbs bread and they were out so I asked for white except they gave me wheat, good thing I’m not allergic. Asked for ranch they were out, asked for parm they were out! Veggies were not fresh, but not rotten thankfully, definitely had been out a while. Probablyfor the best that they skimped me on most of the things. Lady was kinda cold towards me acted like I was annoying her. The 2 guys just stood dumbfounded staring into space. Been to subways in gas stations before and never had an issue, but I should have trusted my instincts and avoided this one. $11 for a sandwich that I really didn’t want but was hungry and needed food b/c my blood sugar was low. This place definitely needs an overhaul of employee attitudes and needs some owner attention.

This is certainly the worst sandwich I have ever bitten into. The bread was stale, the lettuce was red and soggy (so I passed on it), there were three-inch stems left on the spinach, the cookie was tough and tasted like plastic. The only decent thing was the bag of chips. Oh, and the bathroom was disgusting.

Walked in to order a roast beef sub; I was standing and waiting and noticed 2 water bugs (roaches) crawling on the counter beside the meatball container and the glass stand on the inside of it. I showed it to the 2 ladies and walked out. They don’t have their health inspecton report posted for the customers to see it; so I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone.

Horrible people and performance but if you watch them and make sure your sandwiches are correct it’s do fine, online orders I call can’t get right because they’ll mess it up every time, I eat this subway 3-5 times a week at minimum and it’s slowly went downhill until recently it went fast, I reckon it may be time to stop spending my money there.

After waiting 5 minutes to get to order. My husband and I wanted salads. The person behind the counter said they didn’t have any bowls. Would have been nice if they had it posted no salads so we could have gone somewhere else without waiting.

Great location, terrible subway! I’ve been eating subway for better than 3 decades and this is by far the worst subway experience for me based on my last 5 or 6 trips over the last 4 or so months. (I tried to give them another chance a few times) I now drive an extra 15 mins into town to the other subway. Sloppy often made wrong sandwhiches. According to them a melt doesn’t come with 3x the cheese like the app says. Most bread is off the menu cause it’s never made, same with the cookies. Terrible subway. Zero stars if that was a possibility.

I live within a 4 mile radius of this store. No matter what time of the day we stop by this store they always have issues. Most of the time they are OUT of bread. Also, store hours state from 6AM – 10PM. Stopped by at 6:40am one day this week and they actually did have bread but they had no food ready to put on the bread. When my son and I walked up to the counter the young lady told me they weren’t open yet. I said what time do you open? I checked on line and it says you open at 6AM. Then she told me they were running behind. Stopped by this morning at 7:30AM and guess what? NO BREAD!!!!!!!! The food was ready to be put on the bread but NO BREAD to put the food on.
