Refused to take the coupons tht subway sends out. I know for most coupons are not a big deal but when you are a single mom they really help out. This is the most unprofessional subway I have ever been to and I’ve traveled all over the United States. I will be filing a formal complaint about how I was talked to.

I enjoyed going to the subway in Hartford Alabama first one I’ve been to since the covid started I was very impressed with the people operating the store they were nice and friendly greeted me as I came in I’m disabled and they did everything they could to make my transition as easy as possible the sandwich maker had excellent skills she made the sandwich properly to be appealing to the eyes the bread was fresh and soft overall it was a peeling to the eye the peeling to the senses and it appealed to my belly it was very good sandwich thank you Subway

Great location! A healthy menu along with pizza for those that don’t want a sandwich. The chip selection is plentiful as are the drink selections. The restaurant is clean and professional personnel await to take your order. You won’t go wrong having a quick bite to eat here.

Zero stars for the Hartford Alabama location. They dont do promotions any more and the quality has went straight down since new owners took over. Last 4 times they have messed our order up. Rude. 3 people on the clock but 1 struggling to do all orders.

This particular Subway is the worst I have ever encountered! They give you bread that is as hard as bricks if you are lucky you might get the bread of your choice white or wheat how ever it is sure to be stale. The staff act inappropriate for instance two customers four employees the customers will have a waiting time of 30min give or take while the four employees inside joke around and act as if they haven’t the good sense god gave them. The other two employees are always outside smoking..The Bread is Always Hard, Never any Choices of Bread to choose from, They run out of Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes as well as Condiments. I would suggest anywhere else other than this particular subway. Never have I ever had such an experience before with any Subway.
