Absolutely horrible service i had a mobile pick up order & when 20 mins past i went in to go receive it & there still havent even made my order then they continued doing everyone else order instead & didn’t make/give mines to me til 30 mins after the pick up time. Absolutely ridiculous service don’t not recommend. they don’t know have to do there own jobs properly. they definitely need new employees. people who are lazy or people who actually work like there suppose to.

This Subway, is in a class of their own! They make the best subway sandwiches, in the surrounding areas. There’s no skimping, when it comes to the toppings, that you have ordered. Their subs, are always packed full, with fresh ingredients. Not to forget their employees….They have always been friendly .

Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches . Which sat there and got cold and hard while they did 2 door dash orders. One in front of us and behind us. Should not have started ours and let it sit. Bread was hard and dry once got it. Food is expensive and would be nice if better service was done to assure sandwiches were fresh. Much would have preferred they waited to start ours if going to let it sit. Don’t try to get ahead and ruin the sandwiches.

I love Subway. It’s a great place to go because you have so many varieties of bread to choose from you. You can build your own sandwich or salad if you are cutting back and you’re on a healthy journey Subway is the way to go.

We order sandwiches frequently from here especially when we get the coupons in the mail. The employees are always friendly, and the sandwiches are good. Unfortunately the bread seems more dry than it used to be.

Not complaining about the food or the employees. Food is always good and the employees are friendly. This complaint is for whomever owns this franchise. I am a regular customer and I went in on Veterans Day to order 3 subs. I asked if they were honoring the free 6 in for Veterans that I recieved an email from the VA about and the girl said no that she had asked the owners about but they never gave her an ok. Then I asked if they were honoring the 6.99 6in combo meal deal that I recieved an email about and she said no and gave me the same reason. This is a military town and I thk it’s pretty bad not to honor the Veterans deal but worse than that they didn’t even honor the Subway special. We really enjoy coming to this Subway, but gonna have to start getting more subs from Publix down the road because they are pretty awesome too.

I hadn’t been to a Subway in years, but because I had a gift card, we stopped here mid-roadtrip. The workers were nice and patient with my indecisive 7yo. My daughter had never been to a Subway before, but declared that it was the best sandwich that she’d ever had. Mine was pretty good, too. The cookies are still the best.

Food was great and service from the young lady Katie was excellent. The other staff member working didn’t seem too friendly or in a rush to help complete orders. There were three customers in line as well as an online order that had to be made. The order that was being worked on ahead of me was four sandwiches. Help was called three times before showing up to get the line down. This location would get five stars if not for the lack of teamwork. There were a few other instances during my visit that showed Katie has patience. Katie’s friendliness and composure is what gave this location four stars.

Cleaning supplies where food is prepared, it wasn’t closing time and they have put food away for new subs. Staff had attitude that it was customers at the time. They wanted me to pick different sub, customer before us left due to the same reasons. Not professional just wish employees care about job and wanted to work. It’s like they are annoyed by customers. Sad.
