New owner is no good he rings up orders & charges how he wants. Portions got skimpier, prices got higher, & apparently the coupons are not honored. I ordered boss, teriyaki steak blitz, & elite chicken bacon ranch. Coupon states it’s only not applicable on FL sidekicks, the beast, & garlic roast beef. Also if my coupon didn’t cover it I find it deceitful to keep the coupon, while still charging more. Theft by deception is probably frowned upon by #subway franchises.

I’m disabled, so I always put my orders in as curbside. Today I went to this Subway in Elba and waited for my pickup time to come along. I then pressed the button in the app that I was there. I waited another 10 minutes while the guy behind the counter just sort of walked around not doing much. I finally grabbed my crutch and went inside to get my order. He said that the order wasn’t marked as a curbside order in a really condescending tone.

I really hoped that when this franchise changed ownership, that it would mean certain areas of improvement, but all it turns out to mean is much higher prices and rude staff.

After leaving a horrible review I decided to take the time to come back and make sure one of the wonderful workers are noticed. If you go during the hours Amie works the food is fantastic atmosphere is great and service is definitely 10 out of 10. The owner is a different story.

Sign on the door clearly says opens at 8. Girl came dragging in at 8:05. I give her a few minutes to get ready walk in and get told we not open yet it will be 8:30 . Well you need to change what hours say on the door and on Google then.

I LOVE this Subway! The employees always get it right and never undercut you on their sandwich, pasta or pizza prep skills. I’ve even had the owner take my order in the past and he runs his business the SUB way. I love the coupons and his reply that he takes any Subway coupon out there was dead on the best owner response! As long as I am an Elba resident, no other Subway will get my money. Unless I’m out of state.
