I’ve ordered in person and online many times the service is always great and never once have I had an issue with my order. Spacious parking lot with plenty of space to park. Plenty of room inside for a party of 4 or less to eat in booths no problem.

Around: 20:49…. My wife came in bout 12 minutes before y’all close, and we are deeply sorry that we came in closer to closing time, we do apologize.

We are also paying customers. My wife was breastfeeding our newborn, and everything on BASE was closed, so I told her to run to Subway before they close to get herself a sandwich, Upon ordering she was shaken up by a black Adult worker, for not only being rude to her but throwing her sandwich in the oven and slamming stuff right in front of her face as if she’s not looking at her bad behavior as a grown Woman. Yes, we understand your frustration, but you can’t take your anger at the customers. If you have zero control when it comes to your emotions, you have no right to be in customer service at all.

The Good: to the young gentleman [sorry she didn’t get your name] that ran outside and apologized to my wife for what had happened to her in there. May “GOD bless your kind heart and never change. Thank you.

Update:

Mistakes happen, and when you’re reaching Hangry status it’s easy to be frustrated. A real silly mistake was made that ruined my food, and put me in a bad mood.

In retrospect the newer employee was probably trying to make things right by me in their way, and also trying not to waste product and risk upsetting someone. It didn’t work out that day, but it lead to a great conversation with the owner and fantastic insight. It’s easy to forget many of these places are franchise owners with only 1 or 2 locations facing similar economic burdens, and not the giant corporate mogul we picture when seeing the logo

I prefer to drive out of my way from closer franchises to this location. Always clean and presentable both in the main area and behind the counter. Staff is attentive and engaging and I have always been taken care of promptly and greeted when entering – small things that go a long way.

Did a mobile order said it would be done by 6:20pm. So I got there around 6:15pm and did not get my food until 7:40pm. After announcing myself being there asking if was ready at 6:30pm was told they are working on it. My food was never worked on until I jumped in the line after them serving 15 other walk in customers and stopped them from serving others because I sat there for over a hour waiting and they knew I was sitting there the whole time. So either the management needs to do a better job or do better on who they hire. Just because I did an online or doesn’t make me no different from the customer coming in that door when I’m literally sitting there waiting like the others. Why do yall have an opinion for express pick up if that’s not the case. No one working 12hrs wanna sit another 1hr and half waiting on some dang food. Get it together point blank.

Basically I went to get sandwiches because I had coupons for my family I was told by the little boy waiting on me they no longer would let anyone use coupons because they gave the workers raises so that was their way of compensating for the raises by taking the coupons away from the customers I will never eat at Subway again there are too many other options then to spend my money where I am not appreciated enough to let the customers catch a break with coupons from time to time. Also all the vegetables on the cold bar were old and wilted.

The food has always been good. The only reason they don’t get more stars on service and atmosphere from me is because they don’t accept coupons of any kind at this location. I get a big sheet of great coupons in the mail for subway and they don’t honor them.
