The service folks are not engaged with the employees. Subway send to have taken a “shrinkflation” approach, meaning they are encouraging there producers to provide smaller portion sizes to the customer while charging a premium price. I almost visited one today but the price didn’t offset what I could eat what was at home already so I left.

Employee was so rude tonight. Went in 30 minutes before they closed and was treated like an outcast. Employee wouldn’t even speak to me, acted mad because I interrupted her cleaning duties. Won’t be back to this location.
