Had a terrible experience at this location last night (4/14/22) with the girl that was working around 8:30 pm. When we walked in the door she came from the back asking if we were there for a pickup order and when we told her no she started with the worst attitude. It was the biggest inconvenience for her that we were there to make her do her job. Was slamming our bread down, slamming oven doors, slamming the knives. After putting the meat on the first 2 sandwiches she just stood there and stared at me. I said “I’m not sure what information you’re wanting from me next” because she didnt ask anything. She said “what meat you want on these 2. What cheese you want on the first 2.” Like I was supposed to know. Why dont you ask, lady? And even when I did tell her what she needed to know, she wasnt listening and was doing the wrong thing. It was just terrible. The guy working was in the back the whole time and only came out to ring us up. I don’t know what they have going on in the back that they just don’t want to be pulled away from, but I’m sure I could guess.

If you want food poisoning definitely go here. The guy that works there got mad because he messed up my mobile order and I asked if they could fix it because due to being pregnant the meat needs to be cook (toasted) and it was the 4th time that they messed it up. I called and he said they’d remake it to bring it back and so I did and he was very rude and unprofessional. He got mad and put the sandwiches back in toaster (didn’t make new one) with everything on it including Mayo and then proceeded to heat it up 3 times (burning the sandwich at this point) . Only thing he did after was give us a couple of cookies “for the troubles” (believe his coworker told him to). I’m now sick and have food poisoning due to his carelessness. Definitely don’t recommend going atleast don’t let him make ur food.

We did the app order and ordered steak and cheese with 2x pickles and 2x mayo. They literally put only 2 pickles on the whole sandwich and no mayo. What was going through there head there was no pepper either. The outside the bread was stuck to the paper also like the bread was microwaved with tons of vinegar. I could not eat it even when added the mayo I still had to throw it away. I usually have a great experience at this location but not today it was awful. My kids wouldn’t eat there sub either. Who ever is working 12/13/2020 around 11am someone needs to have a talk with them about how to make a sub.

Pulled up and you can tell the guy was very irritated that we pulled up. He threw his hands up where it could clearly be seen through the window. Walked in and he didn’t say a word at all. Never been to this one and never will come back. He was ready for me to order and you could tell he was irritated that I wasn’t ordering fast enough so I actually didn’t order anything, walked out and went across the street to get Chinese where the customer service was 10 times better. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go to this one. Y’all definitely need better workers

Subway in Ashford, Al. It has gone way down, we use to go there weekly for one of our meals, the staff was so friendly and smiled with eye contact. Let’s you know they really are happy to see you. They would chat with their customers and made sure they were comfortable and happy.

Made an online order and there was a glitch for wrong sandwich, tried calling right after order to correct it in which it sent me to their voicemail. When I arrived explained the situation and asked for the right sandwich. employee was VERY rude and yelled at me. said would not change it and never received call even after I showed on my call log that I called. Will not be back.

“Service was terrible, Not sure the name of the lady who made our food but she was talking on the phone talking to someone about people and their pregnancies (definitely not a work related call) while making our food. Asked us nothing about what we wanted on our sandwiches and got an attitude when we took the initiative to tell her ourself. Then doesn’t ask us if we want drinks and gets a bigger attitude when we ask her for cups thinking she gave us drinks after she rung us up. Terrible service.

Always friendly service when I get subs here. Most of the time I get my sandwiches to go but you can eat in at this cozy little Subway. Please give them your business if you are in the Ashford area, you won’t be disappointed. The Subway in Ashford is in downtown on old highway 84. The historic railroad depot is directly across from the subway.

I’m glad we have a Subway here in Ashford but some of the sandwich makers are so slow. And I don’t think they bake their bread daily like Subway always boast about. It never smells like fresh baked bread & sometimes the bread is actually stale tasting.
