The food is good and the older gentleman that works there deserves a major raise and some praise I believe his name is Chad! Everytime I go in he is the ONLY ONE working which is crazy especially with how busy it stays there with online orders and walk in customers. There should be a minimum of two people working not just one busting their butt to fill all orders and having to restock the entire time. I genuinely feel for the guy working alone!

This is a Convenient location for us. The Service has been great. Everyone has been really nice. Food was made and presented well. Very Courteous. No complaints. I wish I could Say I had Trust in Subway to provide food without poison in it. But I don’t. My wife likes it. So I go. Reluctantly. The Bread with industrial chemicals still keeps me from Eating much fast food these days. I’m wondering when I eat it whats in it thats bad for me just to increase profit. They could even invest in healthcare to win win…. So once a year, maybe twice now. I do like the sandwich and the setup. It’s a poor compromise. I’

Chad does an excellent at his job. He is consistent with the quality and seasonings. He is also very courteous. Even when it is extremely busy, he will let people know he is doing his best to serve them.

I no longer eat there. For years I ate there multiple ties a week. Food and service was good. Then things changed. Service is still good, but food in not. Tried to use Subway coupons and they would not accept. My last order was a BLT and a pizza. When I got home the BLT had no bacon and the pizza had on cheese on top. NOT recommended!

Pulled up and you can tell the guy was very irritated that we pulled up. He threw his hands up where it could clearly be seen through the window. Walked in and he didn’t say a word at all. Never been to this one and never will come back. He was ready for me to order and you could tell he was irritated that I wasn’t ordering fast enough so I actually didn’t order anything, walked out and went across the street to get Chinese where the customer service was 10 times better. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go to this one. Y’all definitely need better workers

Subway in Ashford, Al. It has gone way down, we use to go there weekly for one of our meals, the staff was so friendly and smiled with eye contact. Let’s you know they really are happy to see you. They would chat with their customers and made sure they were comfortable and happy.
Over the last several months things have changed, they aren’t very friendly and they keep saying I can’t use that bread, or I can’t add a few more cucumbers, or whatever the case may be. They will say the owner is watching them on camera. I understand about food waste and cost, but I also know customer satisfaction and that’s when they come back for more! Your employees tell dissatisfied customers to call the owner! You must have alot of time on your hands to be watching a camera to see if your employees gave to many cucumbers (ex.) On a salad, and answering the phone for complaints.
NO WORRIES, I prefer firehouse anyway. Besides there are plenty of subways around that do want their customers business.
