I ordered online and was then told they didnt have what I ordered when i asked for a refund was told they would have to call home office. I called back to store to get customer service number giving wrong number. I will never recommend this place and now they took my money from me. If you dont have things available then maybe they shouldn’t be a option on line!

The sandwiches were tasty. We did an order through the app and it was ready ahead of schedule. They were out of grilled chicken but that was reflected in the app before ordering. They were also out of cucumbers but that was no big deal. On our order we were supposed to get a bag of chips with one of the sandwiches, it wasn’t in there and I hadn’t checked the bag before leaving so that was a bummer.

Will never eat there again. October 18th ordered a wrap around 7:30 am. Ate half of it. By 3 pm I was very sick with food poisoning. Have been sick for almost a week. Beware!

Always out of something. If you go to this location looking for something, they’re out of it. Additionally, the young lady with the face piercings has the customer service skills of an artichoke. Save your money and go elsewhere from this disappointment of a Subway.

Terrible. What a shame this is only option for people stranded at hospital. Stick to the vending machines! Has to better than the stale bread sandwich I got this morning. The veggies had to be old because they were brown. Lettuce had frostbite which I pointed out but definitely was not offered fresh

Fire every employee at this place. Terrible service and constantly complain about having to work in front of costumers. If you have special instructions they act like their whole life is inconvenienced. This is the “quickest” option we have at the hospital and it’s not worth dealing with the attitude.

First of all this is the worst service ever ! The “manager” had an attitude the whole entire time while i was telling her exactly how i wanted MY sandwich made !!!! When asked who owns the sub way she said leave your name and number ! How ever the heck she is a manager they need new staff cause that’s not right !!!!
