Ordered ahead, took me about 20 minutes to arrive for pickup. Sandwiches were not done, that’s okay, i’m not in a rush. The problem lies in the worker having both airpods in, distracted, talking on the phone to someone. I ordered 3 BLT sandwiches. None of them had a single slice of bacon, or cheese. Sandwiches were not toasted. 2 had the same toppings, which were all correct besides missing the main part of the sandwich. The other one was supposed to have different toppings. It had all the same as the other two (which are things the person who the sandwich was ordered for doesn’t eat.) Sent a complaint on their corporate website, will update if I manage to get a refund. If not, I will not be going to this subway again. Posted a picture of the order receipt she was “looking at,” to make the sandwiches. All toppings and specifications are very clear lol.

I was ordering 4 foot longs , so ask the cashier if she could make sure all the bread was not burnt anywhere and fresh and the store manager or opening cashier went ballistic hollering and saying they all fresh , I just made them what you want . I didn’t respond I told her to put the bread back and let my daughter get hers . So embarrassing to go to an establishment where they obviously hate there job and then they hollering at you because you want what you want .

The two counter workers did not acknowledge us at all, barely looked at us during the order. The attitude was very poor. We had to repeat the order 3 times because he clearly wasn’t paying attention. he mis labeled or order so we were over charged and then after we said something they were very obviously and loudly complaining about us, to each other, as we were getting our drinks. Terrible customer service. Try one of the other subways in town, avoid this location.

I ordered through the subway app. I went in to pick up the sandwich and the employee said he didn’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich. He said he informed his manager 4 hours prior and she did nothing. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me a refund. He gave me a phone number to call. This happened on a Thursday. It’s now Saturday no one has answered my calls. I left messages and no one has called me back. Still no sandwich and no refund. This is disgusting!

You arrive and no one will look at you not even a “will be rightbwith you” is as if you dont exist. When they took my order 10 minutes later it was like they were upset at something. For me, it is convenient to eat here but customer service os horrible, food quality is not the greatest, so i will be going elsewhere for lunch…

Subway has really gone down in the portion sizes and way up in price. I know that’s not the employees fault but the company and itself however, the workers at this particular location we’re not only extremely rude, but they would not honor the coupon I have and I double checked it was not expired. they made me feel unwelcome and rushed me through my order, though there was no other person in line there it seemed like they just wanted to get it over with. They threw everything in the bag and refused to chop my salad, even though all other subways I’ve ever been to gladly chopped the salad if you ask. It certainly wasn’t the cleanest subway. I’ve been to either, but the customer service is really what made me decide I would not be back.

People would not speak to us. We waited 5 minutes to even have our order taken while both employees were right there. They acted like it was such a bother that we were there. I am a 36 week pregnant woman and I went there thinking I was going to have a good thing to say about them but no the employees were rude and had an attitude now I’ve met some older ladies that work in fast food that was super nice but these ladies I can’t with thier attitudes. Also when me and my husband got home he ate his and I ate mine he had roast beef and I had the boss (which I have had at different subways before and nothing happened) well when he left to go to work because he is a hard working man trynna provide for his pregnant wife I finish3d my sub a few minutes after he had left for work and instantly I felt like I was going to throw up so I thought I just ate too fast or too much so I wait for him to get off work and he comes home and I don’t think too much on it but I started having abdominal pain and I was nauseated as hell so I just think maybe it will stop after a good night’s sleep wrong. I woke up to severe abdominal pain a fever and throwing up with diarrhea and can you guess what happened. Bingo your right! Had to go to the hospital because of food poisoning they are lucky that me and my baby are safe because I would have sued them if I lost my baby no joke. So in other words don’t eat here!

I placed an online order today for a philly and black forest ham footlongs. And let me tell you!!! My sandwiches were made to perfection! The care that went into making my food was outstanding and the lady that made it did a great job! 10 out of 10 will be back. Perfect amount of pickles and black olives. (I like a little sandwich with them)

I came in from shopping in Walmart grab sandwich first thing I noticed was smell in there then took 2 people make man in front two sandwiches then when my turn woman waited on woman behide me instead me so then other guy got my stuff started making my sandwich and 2 cookies and drink then when I got up there to pay he took my coupon it was foot long meal for 8.99 he said I scanned it took my coupon still charged me 11.49 then was plus tax there no where on my receipt where shows him using my coupon
