Couldn’t use my coupon the get a turkey footlong for $6.99 because she said it wasn’t in their system. My coupon expires 2/6/26. Why is subway coupons not in their system? Was told I could get the $8.99 meal coupon. That did not make sense to me.
The sub was great! Bread was thick compared to the little bit of food inside. All the toppings looked fresh. Footlong chocolate chip cookie was tasty as well.
Store was clean . Bathroom was clean.

I did not have a good experience there was a young African American woman who was rude and told her team member to hurry up and get me out of the store because I asked that they wipe off the knife that they pack the sandwich with because last time I got sick behind it because the sanitizer pretty much was leaking in my sandwich. And I usually would do a survey but it wasn’t an option given for one and I know everyone has a moment but being rude to a guest/customer is not exceptional and I don’t take it lightly. Especially if we are spending $20 or more on the food and product.

The service I got on the evening of 12-23-25 made the food and the atmosphere horrendous. She took the money off my gift card and refused to use it and then took money off my VISA and didn’t want to make the sandwhich and was RUDE. Additionally she told me I can’t complain to her boss. Maybe the most inept people ever. Could not take simple instructions without telling them there times what you wanted. My wife’s nachos were not made correctly and looked terrible. My boss sub didn’t get made with pepperoni. Just ended up being a regular meatball sub ♂️.

Went in with a coupon for 12.99 and came out spending $18.50 due to lack of knowledge about the coupons. Couldn’t be refunded because the manager will not be back until Tuesday. So now I have to leave my sandwiches and not get my refund until Tuesday.

It seems like they weren’t quite ready for service. Was very slow to make them. No welcoming when we got there. Seemed inconveniencing them to make the sandwich. They said they didn’t have side bowls or side cups to put sauce in but they really did when pressed and asked again for it.

I hate to nitpick fast food as a former fast food employee, yet my experience with this subway has been beyond abhorrent. The older woman that took our orders was kind and cordial enough to take our orders, yet it’s a tad bit appalling to have someone be on the phone the whole time talking to a bestie while making our sandwiches. That is beyond disrespectful and unhygienic to have your personal, bacteria ridden device on a line where food is prepared. In addition, by no means would I ever rush or feel obligated to rush someone that may be learning the ropes to a new job, yet completely ignoring customers to the extent you have to be demanded to help someone is something else entirely. All in all, this store doesn’t seem to prioritise sanitation and service when delivering. If you’re craving subway, I would advise steering clear of this location, at least.

The sign was turned off during open hours, the only employee was outside smoking; and when we asked if they were open he nodded his head.. we went in to order and after a minute he came back inside and walked to the back room where he just stared at us. The food looked soggy and disgusting, we didn’t end up ordering and left.

He was kind, an polite…that goes a long way in my book(especially, and this day and time when people that are working are stressed because they are short-handed and some people just have an attitude)..
