Went for lunch today. Ordered the same sandwiches we have always ordered. My fiance got a footlong on white, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, toasted. Half way through his sandwich he got a BONE. A freaking bone! When I went to the counter and showed the Indian Man that was working he took it, squeezed it and looked at the white girl that was working. Showed it to her, she said that their chicken comes from a bag. She has never had that happen before. I stated he was jot going to finish eating that and we should get a refund. They both looked dumb founded. They did not give me a receipt when we ordered, they did not offer a solution, gift card, refund, new sandwich of another kind, NOTHING. No apology. NOTHING. $26 for two people to eat lunch and one only got to eat 1/4 of their lunch because he got a CHICKEN BONE at least that is what we hope it was. I am glad he didn’t choke on it. But the response from those working was also a disgusting disgrace.

I had to grab a few things before getting my food & there were no customers. Not even 5 minutes later I go into subway and there are three people waiting in line (including myself) & they were restocking everything. Poor customer service. You had free time to restock it should have been prioritized before your customers came in.

The glass that’s supposed to protect the food was wide.Open.A 4 island charger ordering immediately got sick after eating the sandwich that I normally order.And the service was very short not paying atten Attention and ring me up before my order was complete.

Did a online order and one of the subs was just a 6-in turkey with provolone cheese sub toasted, nothing else on it. When I got home and seen the sub it wasn’t even 6 in and it had two half pieces of meat and and a little piece of cheese. Between the meat and the cheese it didn’t even cover half of the sub. Our pick up time was 8:45 and they didn’t even finish my food until 9:00. Wouldn’t be such a problem, if they were busy but no one was in there and they were moving super slow like they were lost. I absolutely will not be coming back here again

I went to this store today 02/04/24 at 1030am. My sub had mold on the meat and bread. I’m so happy I looked at it before just eating it. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They should close is location down. So sad to get this kind of quality from a fast food joint. I will be contacting the BBB.

The food was very good and had a good variety of drinks and water and Gatorade was also available . And the dinning area was very clean . Only issue was the girl waiting on customers . Was on her phone mostly and very rude when I asked a question . And another time she left the other worker to wait on customers and make sandwiches while she was on her phone the whole time. The other employee had to yell her name to get her to come out to help her .and dhe was very biased with whom she helped . Her name was Jada

Last friday between 6 & 7pm i went into this place to order a sandwich to go i am a 75 yr 100% disabled Vietnam veteran woth a small service dog that monitors my breathing so i have him on a mat in the cart, the young lady behind the counter starting argueing about the cart being in the store i tried to explain why i had the cart in the store, she rudely refused to serve me & told me to quote “Get out of the store” she was totally disrespectful, i was the only customer in Subway @ the time. The young man @ the cash register looked @ her with disbelief & actually said sorry sir as i went out. Fire House subs across the street welcomed my business & even commented on my dog & talked to him, the sub & service was excellent from Firehouse.

May 11th 4:10pm, young indian woman working the counter, well I say working but she was just sitting in the back eating a sub not paying attention. After ordering a sandwich and chips I asked for a water and even though they have plenty of cups and water in their fountain drink dispenser they refused to let me have water without paying for a drink. I feel like that is the scummiest thing a business can do it shows they only care about profits and don’t care about their customers at all. I would never recommend anyone support a business with these kind of ethics and take your business elsewhere. Also even if I did buy a drink refills are .99¢ if I’m not sitting in the 20′ – 20′ seating area

Every time I come here, the staff is always so rude! And to the crackhead working today (2/2/16), you need to learn customer service! The lady behind me in line was deaf and pointing to what she wanted and this rude employee was raising her voice as if that will make the deaf woman hear her. She was also rolling her eyes and slamming things down. RUDE!!!!
