Jessica and Trish were so patient my buddy and I because we kept ordering a lot of things back to back. They were very mindful of other customers walking in, still being able to tend to their orders as well since our huge order needed both of them to work together. Trish is always very helpful and never in a bad mood it seems. Best customer service we’ve ever received at any Subway and that’s why we come at least twice a week!!!

Trish made me feel like a king today by fixing my favorite sandwich, and she did it just right. My buffalo chicken sandwich was extremely good. I haven’t had one in a while and I was delighted when Trish told me could make me one. I ate the whole footlong, and now I’m set for the whole day. Thanks Trish, you’re the best!

The women working there the last few times have been great, but every time we get that younger boy, he makes you repeat yourself multiple times bc he can only hear what’s playing in his AirPod, and always gets amounts wrong. You say “light,” and he puts a lot. It was once a great place that was close to home to get something quick and easy for dinner. Now, not so much. Just be wary and watch when you get your sandwich made. Next time, I’ll make sure one of the ladies makes mine from start to finish.

Went in asked if my wife called in an order. She proceeded to tell me you can’t call in orders. After that she never said anything to me. Never asked what I’d like. Felt like I was really imposing on her to make my sandwich. (Older of the 2 ladies that were working the younger girl was approaching people to see what they’d like and real nice.)Proceeded to place order. If that wasn’t disappointing then the price was 13.00 for a foot long then to get it home a find the quality was worse. Terrible experience all the way around.

I went in wanting a sandwich that is no longer available at subway . I haven’t had this sandwich in a long time . The ladys at the store helped me build my sandwich they were very helpful and my sandwich was perfect .

Our sandwiches are thrown together like slop. We’ve got many sandwiches from the subway on Westgate and they’re perfectly put together. These ones from this subway are falling apart before they’re even taken out of the wrapper. Just pure laziness!

When asked for extras , I was told they were not allowed,even if I paid for extra. Will never eat at this subway again!!!!! And almost done with the other stores too. I told them I didn’t want it. And left!!!
