I went to the location on McClellan Blvd today & there were 2 employees one black & 1 white employee. The black lady was finishing an order & there was someone from Doordash that had to come back because a sandwich was missing from the order. The white employee asked what I needed but walked away, used the company phone to make a personal call & proceeded to complain about work. She had to ask me 4 times what I wanted because she was too busy on a personal call to know what I asked for. I finally told her if she would get off of her personal call she wouldn’t have to keep asking me. She then told me she could make me leave and she left the sandwiches unmade & went to the back. She never came back, the black employee had to make my sandwiches from start to finish. The black employee told her more than once she needed help because customers were coming in, but she never came back.
I feel bad for the black employee because she is having to work in a hostile environment, she continued to smile & do her job with professionalism & I commend her for that. The white employee was rude, unprofessional & management should review the security footage. & take appropriate action as this employee is a poor reflection on your business!!!

Allergy Warning – Please Avoid This Subway Location ⚠️
I have a severe dairy allergy and have eaten at Subway many times before without issues because the staff at other locations are always more than happy to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the [insert location here] was extremely disappointing and concerning.
When I explained that I needed fresh turkey and lettuce due to cross-contamination with cheese, the employees were rude and dismissive. In my frustration, I may not recall their exact wording, but here are examples of what was said to me: one employee said something like, “It’s not brown, what’s the problem?” — ignoring the fact that my allergy has nothing to do with spoiled food. Another brushed me off with a comment along the lines of, “There’s not gonna be cheese in lettuce,” showing a complete lack of understanding about cross-contamination. I calmly explained that I could literally die if cheese touches my food, and I was still met with eye-rolls and unhelpful attitudes. Another staff member added something close to, “Well you got your food so idk why you’re still going.”
A food allergy is not something I can help — and I should not be treated differently or discriminated against because of it. I understand that my allergy is severe, but if every other Subway location can handle this without issue, there is no reason why this store should refuse.
Food allergies are life-threatening, and it is unacceptable for staff to dismiss or mock them. If anyone knows who the owner or manager of this location is, please let me know so I can file a formal complaint. Until then, I highly recommend avoiding this location if you or someone you love has food allergies. Your safety is not taken seriously here.

This location does not honor the $6.99 meal of the day. I asked for it, twice, to both employees. Was given a footlong and charged full menu price. No discussion. Was asked if I wanted to pay extra for chips and a drink, which I was supposed to get with the meal. Out of Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and Sweet Tea. Bread is basically a cracker. The whole experience was pitiful. This location has gone downhill, bad.

WORST. SUBWAY. EVER. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Workers are so rude and inconsiderate of peoples needs. They definitely do not need to be working in the fast food industry and should be fired immediately. Disgusting to witness. Absolutely ridiculous how these workers speak to their customers and act with their orders. Something needs to change because this is an ON GOING ISSUE with these workers. SUBWAY DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude area manager. Extremely unprofessional. Gonna ask if I’m having a bad day because I corrected her for putting the wrong cheese on a sandwich I specified three times. Like I’m sorry you got a neck like a bullfrog trying to ribbit but got stuck like that. ‍♂️ and then when I complained assured me there was no one over her I could complain too. Honey you ain’t the CEO all it took was one email to corporate.

Asked Heather to cut tomatoes in half and she made the statement “I don’t have to” shocked I asked her to repeat what she said and she did. We had no prior exchanges before so I was caught off guard. That made me uncomfortable so I asked her coworker to finish my sandwich. She then went on to other guest stating “she don’t want my help because I’m not the right color”. Terrible experience for no reason.
