Went in for a pick up order the sandwich was wrong,they did remake it without hesitation….I ordered 3 more sandwiches once I got there ,the counter had mustered and mayo all over it,the lady behind the counter told me they where out of both mayo and mustard I kindly asked her to go the back and get some and to fill up both containers,when she comes back the mustard in the pouch is covered in what looks like ranch dressing she doesn’t wipe it of she just cuts it open and poors it into a bottle,mind you there is still sauces all over the counter they didn’t wipe until I asked her not to drag the sandwiches threw all that mess.I feel like they need better training on sanitation cause yucky and how to make a sandwich properly.

Went in on Jan 3rd for a pick up order. Sandwiches made perfectly. Staff extremely courteous and very attentive to customers. Haven’t seen service like that in a VERY long time. So long as these two young ladies work here, I will only go to this location.

Very clean and both employees were very nice I tryed to complete the survey but I can’t figure out how. The new staff is such a better fit the old crew was plain out unprofessional however this is my third time going in the store and I was upset about online orders coming before the people in the store the subway cashier helped me to understand that the online orders take priority because they are already paid for with some thought that made very much sense to me.. I would rate them 9/10 today two months ago it was -1/10 big improvement

Worst grilled chicken footlong I’ve had since patronizing Subway in different locations. I took a bite, looked through the sandwich, and threw it away. Something tasted very odd… don’t know what it was. No extra chicken that I paid for. All of the veggies I selected “more” on, didn’t make it to the sandwich. Overly saturated sandwich with Mayo. Very disappointed.

Shout-out to the young lady who I’ve seen before. I think she may be the manager. Today I believe she was working with a new crew. We were lined up to the door for lunch and she kept us moving. She always does a great job for me. Fast food at lunch can be a stressful job but she seems to handle it pretty well. Love the music they were playing too!

Big big difference in the whole store I haven’t been to this subway since march because the staff had gotten so bad. I am happy to say time has brought change both managers seem like they love there job and actually care. The store was clean and very busy but I felt like my experience last night has brought back my service bc the old staff was rude good job ladies

I ordered a chicken buffalo salad, Tomato wasn’t slice, bacon wasn’t sliced, Cucumbers was not sliced either, and the spinach look like it was old, She had a whole attitude, then it was a online order and she constantly kept taking people that walked in the buildings orders, I waited over 30 mins, I got there on time and it still wasn’t ready. I was so disappointed. I threw the whole bowl away. Tried to call up there to get a new bowl but no answer.
