Out of all the fast-food around my office this Subway holds the cake. I placed an online order for a salad with no cucumbers and asked to chop it up some so I could eat it easily. It was ready on time, employee was friendly, I got back to my office and the salad was perfect and they remembered to give me a fork and napkins! Much better than sonic!

Apparently they change the store hours cause i went in at 8 and they claimed they were closed when the sign said 9 but yet they’re in the doors unlock sitting down chatting. If you closed then close shop and go home instead of giving the appearance of being open

The place is clean but terrible customer service. There was a special going on where I could get a foot long sub, a cookie, chips, and a drink for $9. It had to be the special of the day which for that day it was a club I told the lady working there that was good expect I didn’t want the turkey or roast beef on it. Which she said was fine and I could still get the deal. Then after my sandwich was made I went to the counter to check out and I was told I could not get the deal. After arguing for a few minutes they finally gave it to me. I will likely never go back there again which is unfortunate because it is quite close to my work. Additionally they also gave me stale bread once.
