I had a bad experience at this Subway. The girl who helped me was rude and yelled at me, telling me that if I didn’t speak, I wouldn’t be able to communicate. Her tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the customer service improves.

Of course, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and good, but I wanted to say a word about the staff. I arrived at noon, around the same time that a homeless man from the neighborhood entered the store. I was greeted but the man was asked if he wanted a sandwich, which he was offered immediately — already prepared and in a sack.
The man spent the next 3 minutes talking at an unusually loud volume, and although I can understand many different dialects spoken in my part of the state, I could not understand anything this man said. The staff never flinched. He was treated with respect and the necessary attention. He left after a few minutes, and the staff smiled as he left, and then I was greeted again and my order was filled.
The staff quietly and kindly met the needs of this man as if he were a treasured regular customer. In a world where there is so much cruelty and fear, the staff at this Subway should be commended for not only filling a belly with a nutritious meal — but giving a man a moment of attention and respect. In the end, it is all any of us really craves.

I placed a online order. I was unable to get to the restaurant due to a air show in the area. I called and explained that traffic was backed up and I was unable to drive through. I told the lady to cancel the order. She said she would. I still was charged $22. I contacted customer care. Received a TEXT from someone telling me that they could only give me half?? I NEVER received the order. They complained about their employees pay. That isn’t my problem. If I don’t pick up the items due to the restaurant being inaccessible to me then I should not be charged.

I don’t normally do this. But I had a terrible experience with this subway on 8-29-23. Now let me say this before I go any further. The staff ( employees ) are outstanding. But my complaint is with the owner and his rude @ss family. These people are very unprofessional,rude, disgusting!!!! I stood there in line waiting to be served. These people didn’t even acknowledge me. Yes they saw me as well as the staff, they seemed to not care. The kept mean mugging me as if I was trash. Slamming chairs down, making all kinds of noise. They wasn’t dressed properly to be behind the counter where the food is. I hope they see this review.. BECAUSE I want them to know what type of people they are..TRASH!! But the employees are super friendly,and the best !!

They don’t ever have pizza available at this location and I’m starting to wonder what are the procedure to have everything in order the start of the morning because this is my 5th time getting this!!! The customer service is horrible they act like they don’t want to be working for this company!! Don’t greet you when you come in you got to greet them? Is crazy! Do better

Servers remember my order no matter how long I have not been there. Courteous and friendly are all the Servers. I could stay and eat because the eating area is very clean and spacious. Visit if you are hungry and on Day Street

Very unhappy with this place. Not very clean inside, building is old, ceiling was leaking, there were flies all over, worker was unfriendly, the owner runs the register and acts like he doesn’t know how to use it. I’ve had enough of their shenanigans and will not be back. There are better, cleaner places down the road.

Received call from a manager at Subway, he apologized for my purchases. He also asked if I wanted to return for another purchase done correctly as ordered? My reply; ” no thank you, but thanks for the offer.”

I’m a grubhub driver, I had an order at this location on Day Street. I went to the drive thru and a young man came to the window to help I proceeded to tell him I’m here for the grubhub order and I guess it was his manager a young Indian guy started screaming saying she need to come inside to get her food!! I told him I only drove to the drive thru because I was told once before to come to the drive thru window he didn’t care he keep screaming come inside. I go inside and tell him he didn’t have to be so rude and doing all the yelling was unnecessary. He still was being very rude and didn’t care. I will never pick up a order from this location again after being disrespected like I was today. (Mostly all the restaurants lobby’s are closed do to the virus)
