The two preparers were just okay and not super friendly; the veggies didn’t look all that fresh and there seemed to be no effort on the employees side. They did have a 99% rating from the health department, so that was a plus! We ordered 5 subs and 2 bags of chips for under $50.

We were there with some friends for lunch. There was a sign on the interior glass doors “Bathrooms Closed”. We needed to wash our hands. When we questioned the manager about the sign- she said that we could wash our hands. When we got in there “OMG”!! The toilets were filthy. Even though there was a 99 rating from the health dept of Bullock County. If I needed to use a toilet it would not – could not use it there. I would feel safer going to the gas station. I’m wondering how the girls there are able to work all day with the bathroom in such an awful condition. Whoever has the franchise for that particular store, might loose it. Union Springs don’t have many options, they must do better than what I saw. I’m thinking if the employees & the owner realize this is a serious violation of the Health Code.

We stopped at this subway to take a lunch break. The manager named Willa, just stopped our kids to use the restroom and started screaming that you can not use the restroom. She was very rude, lacked basic human courtesy and was very very disrespectful. She was so rude, even our young kids got upset and said we do not want to eat here or use the restroom. I understand the business owner’s preference but there is no place for disrespect and lack of basic courtesy. I wish I can give negative starts but one is the lowest. I hope subway de franchise this place as it will impact subway’s reputation badly.

I’m really disappointed with how I was treated here. As a Brazilian, I had difficulty understanding the lady. The first question was not how are you or anything to start with. She realized I had trouble understanding her because I was from another country and started yelling at me in front of everyone. I didn’t say anything. The other ladies apologized for the way she was treating me and were nice to me. My feeling of humiliation and embarrassment is overwhelming. No one should feel this way, no matter where they are or what country they are in. I tried talking to the manager, and guess what, she is the manager. In my car, I just cried.

Me and my sister went in on Friday, march 3, 2023. We had eight sandwiches to order and two separate transactions. Customer services was very rude to us they were even laughing at us and we were ordering. They didn’t even welcome us like most do when you walk in. And then because the women were so rude to us they weren’t communicating with the guy who checked us out so he was confused. Overall, our experience was terrible I would not recommend it to anyone.

The workers are very rude. They be gossiping about everybody who comes in. They do not greet you at all it’s always “ Baby What you want “ . The manager ain’t no better than the workers she always rushing you to order. The fountain drink area is always nasty. They never have any pizza.

The service was terrible. The general manager is so very rude. She talks too loud and she has no manners. I told her I needed a meatball sub and she told me there were no more meatballs and she wasn’t making anymore. She knows nothing about customer service. She also makes a terrible sandwich. She doesn’t cut the bread right. My sandwich literally was falling apart in my hand. If you are in union springs, I encourage you to eat anywhere but here.

We spent about $45-$50 here for a family of four. Some of the sandwich ingredients were old or “out of stock”. The guacamole was bad and they went to replace it and it was also out. Several of our sandwiches were missing ingredients we wanted. The bathrooms were closed to the public BUT what I don’t understand is why they were closed to paying customers. It was hard to tell what they were saying through the mask but when we asked them to repeat it they were rude and acted like it was a bother for them to serve paying customers. AND what really bothered me was after all that they totaled the order up wrong and over-charged us for food that didn’t even get all the ingredients.

Horrible experience. Had my mask on except on my nose was asked rudely to put my mask on. Not a big issue if her friend or co worker didn’t have her 3 kids spread out inside teaching them school lessons on the clock ***without a mask***. Rude and pretty sure I’d been treated differently if I were the same race as her…..
