I have made every effort to continue supporting this location because it has honestly been the only establishment in Prattville that consistently delivered exceptional customer service and took care to prepare my orders correctly. However, there have now been far too many instances where my orders have been incorrect. Items have been prepared with missing ingredients, the wrong bread has been used, or the bread has been so hard that it was difficult to even chew.
I exclusively place orders through the mobile app, (due to me not living anywhere near this location) which includes a section for specific instructions to make sure my orders are to my liking. Despite clearly selecting my preferences and even reiterating them in the instruction box, my orders continue to be prepared incorrectly.
The most unacceptable experience occurred when I ordered five chocolate chip cookies and instead received five BURNT cookies, along with sandwiches made on hard bread. This level of negligence is now draining. It’s good to know others have had good experiences with this location. However, I have not been so lucky anymore.

Stopped here while driving from Chicago to Florida. Staff were friendly and the tuna sandwich she made was perfectly. Fresh, tasty, and filling — highly recommend this location for travelers.

Horrible- ordered online. Went to pick it up super stoked about the bogo1 and trying new sandwiches at a great deal. However… image online verses what was received is no where close. The meat is almost nonexistent. Terribly disappointed.

Walked in this subway in interstate plaza and no one even came out to help us. And there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they were out of turkey, meatballs, and more. Sadly we walked out after trying to get served.

I didn’t think I would ever spend the time to write a review for a Subway restaurant. Typically, I find myself frustrated with the lack of precision and enthusiasm that is too often shown when someone is making me a $10 sandwich. However, I was completely surprised and blown off guard yesterday when I encountered Stephanie F. This young lady paid so much special care to my sandwich and literally made it perfectly. Everything was spread out evenly, and she went out of her way to ask and make sure things were just the way I liked it. I was super pleased with her sweet and friendly personality. She had exceptional manners, and I just really never have had such a positive experience at any Subway I’ve ever visited. The entire had a peaceful and friendly vibe, and I’m quite certain that had to do with her and Barrett C who were the two serving people yesterday. I just want to give a big shout out to them both and say “thank you” fe the bottom of my heart for giving me superior customer service. It’s hard to get that type of service even in a sit down restaurant these days.

Just passing through from Florida just a quick stop off the highway what a great surprise of the quality of service and very friendly . The two gentlemen that were working on May 22nd around 12 noon did an awesome job during the busy rush thank you for the great service will be back on our way home.

I’m writing this a few days after my visit, but I just had to leave this review! I’ve never been to Subway before, so I didn’t really have any preexisting impressions about the restaurant. I was very impressed! The customer service was phenomenal. A girl with red and black hair helped me and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and had a smile on her face the whole time, making sure that everything was just the way I wanted it. The store was very clean and the food was delicious. I will be back!

One of the managers here is fantastic and always provides excellent customer service. Other times when I go in here, the employees are also very friendly and efficient when making my sandwiches. This is the best Subway in Prattville.
