The employees and customer service here is great! I had a large, last minute catering order and the manager went above and beyond to help me and get the order at a reasonable price. Not to mention, when I walked in, the staff was so friendly and a young man helped carry the bags out to my car. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and it was a breath of fresh air here!

The daytime manager is NOT friendly and lacks all customer service skills. When I called Subway corporate office twice about the manager and then about the owner, they are all related. So if you have a problem here, too bad. I will never go back to this store after being treated so disrespectfully! This business is not reputable for the Town of Pike Road. Go to one of the other restaurants in the shopping center. The other restaurants are wonderful.

It’s currently 7:36 pm. I’m at the Subway store next to the Pike Road Town hall and the person working inside has the door locked and said they are closed. The posted closing hour on their door and website is 8:00 pm. This is the second time I’ve come to this store and this happened. It will be my last time.

I must say this is the Best subway. I’m shocked I haven’t done a review on them sooner. Anyway, they have a black young guy there and he makes the best sandwiches. Some sandwiches he remembers if you come often. Clean bathrooms and establishment. Food is always fresh regardless of the time of day. I remember when this guy was there for like a week, business dropped because no one can make your sandwich like him. I forget his name but he makes you want to come back.

Called at 7:30 to order a cookie platter for my awesome students to be picked up at 11:00. Showed up at 10:50 and they forgot to do it. They are not a very busy place so I don’t understand what happened here….

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst subway I have ever had to deal with. The employees I have been in contact with are rude and do not try to provide a good experience. I used to live right next to this subway location and am so glad I moved next to a different one. I am a HUGE subway fan and although the sandwiches are tasty, the service here makes me never want to go. Disappointed again.
