We ate at this Subway on Friday night in Luverne, Alabama. My wife and I were waited on by a lady and she prepared our sandwiches for dine in. The lady said they were out of Chicken, Chips and other items that are on the daily menu. If you are out of items, then you need to go to the grocery store and purchase the items you are out of stock on till your food delivery truck makes it’s delivery. We weren’t happy with Subway being out of Chicken, Chips and other daily menu items. The lady who rung up our food order also charged us for a TIP. WHAT! The lady didn’t mention anything about a TIP. WHY WERE WE CHARGED A TIP? THAT IS THIEF! PERIOD. I have included a Copy of my Receipt for your review. LET ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF A TIP BEING CHARGED FOR YOU PLACING A FOOD ORDER.

Nice, newer restaurant with friendly service and delicious, fresh food. We enjoyed a Meal Deal with six-inch subs, chips and a drink. The sandwiches were tasty, the toppings substantial and the dining area was very spacious and quite modern and attractive. I recommend this restaurant.

I often visit this Subway location near my workplace and usually enjoy my meals here. The store is kept clean, and the food is fresh, which I really appreciate.
However, I was disappointed to see that coupon usage is no longer accepted here, with notices posted on every door. I’m not sure why this policy was changed, but it feels inconvenient compared to other locations where coupons are still honored.
Overall, I like this store for its cleanliness and consistent quality, but I hope the coupon policy can be reconsidered in the future.

Driving on a trip, or when working on a project and having a desire for a lunch that is quick, inexpensive and probably healthy, Subway is a good option.
Driving through Luverne, Alabama recently, we stopped at a Subway. Luverne is not a large town. It probably has less than 3000 people. Most of the restaurants that I have seen or visited, are informal and cater to local people or people driving through. Inexpensive, informal, and “down home” are terms that come to mind.
The Subway is located right on the main highway. It is relatively new, easy to spot with the big sign out front displaying the Subway logo, and service is quick and friendly. It is also not expensive.
I had my usual: a whole grain bread with rotisserie chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. The lettuce was not as fresh as it usually was and some appeared to have brown tint on the edges.
There are a few choices in bread as well as choices of the size of a sandwich.
The bread was fresh. There was plenty of meat. The taste was excellent. The iced tea was good. The employees were working hard as there was a line when we arrived. They were also helpful and friendly and made the visit a more pleasant one.
The rest rooms were very clean. That sounds like a “given” for many places. My experience is driving through small towns in this area that the rest rooms are often an afterthought and sometimes quite dirty. Here, the bathrooms were unisex, for better or worse, and they were very clean. It seems like a small thing but dirty restrooms are an easy way to discourage customers from returning.
This is a good place to visit while in Luverne!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while! I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I had to. I ordered online so I could leave early for work and I sat at the window for 10 mins before I decided to go in. I even called the store phone. When I went in, I was not greeted. And when I asked one of the workers did they have an online order ready in my name, I was ignored. I even rang the buzzer at the window and still was not serviced. When I went in, no one was ordering, just one of the other workers who wasn’t busy having a conversation. After almost 15 mins of waiting someone finally asked me what I needed. I won’t be back!

Very unprofessional and rude employee. She actually said she was the manager. When I walked in the door, the music was extra loud, Like I’ve never experienced in a subway (and I love music).It definitely was outside of Usual Subway guidelines. As a paying customer, I went to the bathroom first. As I had been driving for a while. She Yells at me “ Excuse me, excuse me , what are you doing?” …I said going to the bathroom before I order my sandwich. When I then went to the counter and she was wrapping up probably an online order. She did not say anything to me. It took a few minutes. And then she walked over to me and does not say anything and just stares at me. at this point, I could no longer be a paying customer. I told her that she is very inappropriate, that She yelled at me for using the restroom and then doesn’t acknowledge me as a customer. I said her manager needed to know. And she said she was the manager and then laughed out loud.I have never left a negative review, but this lady was unacceptable.

Food is decent, place is clean. Most of the staff is friendly, but the male Manager there is a creep and some of the younger kids in there kind of have an attitude, especially when it’s busy. I’ve worked in fast food before and know it can be hectic but you are still expected to serve with a smile or at least without attitude!
