The two ladies working today on June 1 were awesome. This is the best service I’ve seen at a subway. I was helped by Jahnegua Hale (hoping my spelling is correct ). She was very helpful and she helped navigate what might be the best meal. She was also very friendly and engaging. Great experience. And kids say it was delicious. Thanks!

Stopped at the Exon gas station with the subway. Here in Greenville. Was told they were closed at 845 and its posted closes at 10…… lost my business

today I went in and they told me they were closed at 8:30 and then 9 but said that I should have came in sooner to get acc taken care of because I sat outside for not even 5 minutes to place the mobile order. it’s 8:03 btw no where near the time that they close. and for some reason everytime I leave and come back they keep talking about us, and there’s no way to cancel the order on the app likeee huh. I eventually got a void for the transaction but it took her calling someone.

Arrived at 7:59 and the rude worker said we close, we close but wasn’t looking directly at me. It looked like she was joking with the customer she was helping so I didn’t think anything of it. Still not looking at me, proceeded to tell the customer in front of me that she was her last customer. Still not one word directed at me. The customer turned around and said she’s saying she’s closed. Needless to say their site says they close at 10pm on Fridays. Horrible customer service. I can’t rate the food cause I didn’t get a chance to order any.

The atmosphere was somber because this Subway is inside of a gas station I go in there from time to time the employees seem to be sad or don’t want to be at work and don’t like to assemble your sandwich the way you want it. They just seem to have an attitude the manager was the person who rang the food up he was okay but I guess his job is just to help when he can. They don’t take coupons either that’s just weird when they come in the mail to the entire community weekly.

The food is fresh. The staff is super friendly. I love that they have vitamin water in their selection of fountain drinks. There is always a great lunch feature with a daily lunch special price. The cookies are my favorite as they are baked fresh everyday. It’s conveniently located right off the exit so it’s easy to get into and easy to exit.

We just adore the ladies of this Subway!! They’re friendly, enjoyable, and make us feel welcome! We travel quite a bit and just found this Subway a few days ago. We like it so much that on our way back home, we waited for 130 miles just to stop there again. Wonderful service!!

Outstanding experience! I placed our order online and it was ready exactly when it said it was, had everything I ordered and was excellent customer service. The last time I ordered was from the other Subway in this town and they did not have it ready and was not as well made. I will continue to use this one!! Thank you ladies!
