Stopped in on 10/18/25 at around 7pm and the two people working were so awesome! Very very sweet. Great customer service. They took good care with the food and it showed in the quality that we got. It was very good. My husband doesnt usually like subway much but he enjoyed this visit. Plus the outside seating area was so cute!

Last night at our intown Subway, they were out of bread until around 7 pm. I’m there at 5 pm and not waiting. Sometimes, I don’t know what type of service I will receive. You might get the best service, and it’s a great experience. But most times, it’s either they don’t have items you want with an attitude, and other times, they are so new and don’t know what they’re doing and will argue with you. When you have coupons, some argue about what you can get, and others work so well and want to please the customers. Their turnover is very high. Good workers do not stay because of management. We love Subway, but I hesitate to go when I think of what service we’ll receive and products are available. This is based on our last 5 visits.

Worst case of customer service ever!!! I ordered three foot long with coupon and wasn’t aware that I couldn’t get garlic roast beef the manger there snarled said you should have told me before I made the sandwiches in threw the bag sandwiches on counter behind her walked away instead of trying to see what she could do to solve the problem not a person I would want in my store to work very unskilled and no social skills no customer service skills maybe shes having a bad day! but still not a reason to treat customers that way if you don’t wanna work stay home I’m in such shock will never ever go to this subway again do better !!!!!! No stars for this store

This is far most the best subway I’ve been to the manager was very nice she made sure everything was good for me and the service was great positive attitude great work ethic I’m sure to recommend to anyone I was there two days ago just forgot to post my review…..

1/10/23 I went in today to get the buy one and get one free. I was very pleased with the service. Jessica was very kind and very pleasing. She also had alot of respect and kindness. Also she made and great sub. Also was greeted by a woman whom was very kind. Thank you.

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had the displeasure of partaking in, from the service to the atmosphere was just absolutely terrible. The worst employees possible doing the absolute bare minimum. This is my second time just walking out with no food, So I’ve decided to speak my mind. Just support local and hit eufaula sandwich shop, because the subways in Eufaula are a joke

Take their franchise away from them!!!!!! Worst customer service ever! One person working made a sub for a woman and another person came from the back. He checked the person out and didn’t give her a cup. Asked the next person in line what they wanted ant type of bread then went to the back. The person that came from the back was filling the containers and not even paying attention to the growing line. Takes me 20 min to get home and only one person has been served since I left. Will never stop at another subway, EVER!!! You can blame it on who you want but it’s just POOR MANAGEMENT TAKE THEIR FRANCHISE

Wow, the audacity.
My attempt at a simple lunch thwarted by inadequate service and dissimal attention to the broadest of details.
The bread I initially selected was yet to be prepared, though another customer commented on their wait time for the same bread. The topping selection was colorful, however the “ripeness” of the selection was questionable.
Now, as amendable as I belive that I am, after settling for the avaible selections the employee assisting me had clearly become irritable and hurried me through checkout.
One customer, during this visit, was overcharged.
The tea was emptied for the extent of my time at the restaurant.
The bread still wasnt “done” by the time I had left.
The drink cooler wasn’t cooling.
Limited toppings?!?
