I placed an order online & accidently put mayo on it I’m guessing. They told me they not able to remake the sandwhich. As if it was coming out of the check. The new management is horrible & I don’t like them. I spend a lot of money with them. I will never go back there.

Hey as a customer who shopped at the 4710 University Dr Suite Huntsville, AL location, I bought two $25 gift cards during the free 6inch sub promotion. After buying the gift cards at their location, the paper coupons printed off for me which I now have in my possession. The expiration date isn’t until January 31, 2025. I attempt to use the coupons on January 8, 2025 around 5:30pm (6:15pm exact, I forgot I had time stamp with online order) at the same location these paper coupons printed from. However the coupons were refused with no valid reason except the computer wouldn’t take them. There’s no reason these coupons shouldn’t be valid as we had them printed from the same location and they weren’t expired. The appropriate customer service response would’ve been to accept the paper coupons and validate them anyways, however despite already making the sandwiches— the employees refused to let us have them with the coupon and expected us to pay. However that would’ve felt disrespectful to us as we did an online order to pay for our footlong and had the coupons for our 6inch subways. I refused to pay and left the sandwiches in their possession. They wasted my time and ruined my night. I even kindly asked them just to keep the paper coupons for their record to show their manager tomorrow and to let us kindly have the sandwiches they’ve already made. They refused and that was the end of that. It was also disgusting how they kept raising their voices at me when I spoke in a calm, civil tone. I only wanted sandwiches, like what is there problem with not accepting coupons… even ones that print at their location?? Weird and sketchy. One of my $25 gift cards doesn’t even work, but I was too tired and stressed to try to resolve that with those incompetent employees and manager (they called the manager on the phone who did absolutely nothing to help, like he couldn’t even see the coupon so what was he gonna do when he doesn’t have the full story) who couldn’t even read a coupon’s terms that clearly state in-restaurant use and doesn’t expire until 01/31/25. This subway promotion was valid at all locations as they advertised on the online ordering app, so why is one location refusing to follow corporate policy? They need new management and staff at this location, because all they are doing is running the business into the ground and driving all customers away.
Edit: Another subway location accepted the coupons with ease.

I came in and wasnt greeted. The staff on hand was the only one there and she immediately gave off an attitude. I ask for a steak wrap and she half cooked my order. (My cheese was melted but my steak was still cold upon me biting into my wrap) She wasn’t pleasant at all throughout my entire order and for this and my cold steak wrap….I wish I could give no stars but 1 will do.

It takes a lot to get a negative post from me. My wife and I ordered our food online to save some time and not only was our food not ready 20 min later when we arrived but the male employee insisted that was incorrect location. Then he realizes he just didn’t check but the order was there all along. No apologies just an attitude that seemed they really didn’t want anyone there. It felt like he was mad because he had to work. He was sitting where the customers typically sit when we pulled up and he greeted us with an expressionless stare until we walked in and he got up. How dare us wanting to bring our business there. You better believe we aren’t going back and I’ll be sure to let people know how customers are treated. Subway had gone down hill.

I was there during the lunch rush but the sandwich artists took their time to make my sandwiches really well and neatly and quickly. The store itself is very clean and the tables and booths are in good shape. It’s probably the cleanest Subway that I have frequented.

I have come to this store repeatedly to be greeted by the same nonsense. People taking orders are very disrespectful, ignored my order, didn’t listen to a word I said, rolled their eyes at me, and tossed my sandwich towards me at checkout. Never spending my money here ever again! They ought to be ashamed of themselves. If they don’t want to work, go home and be broke! Icing on cake so to speak was they literally stood there and stared at me while I ate (I dined in before leaving) with ugly faces. Don’t eat at this location! SMH
