Two days ago, I was in the Sparkman Drive Walmart briefly, and on the way out, I noticed a Subway restaurant. Since it was an extremely hot day, I immediately remembered that Subway sells “Icees.” So, I stopped inside and purchased one.
What a great way for a quick cool down on a hot day!

All of the ABOVE should be a “0”!! The owner of this location needs to be on hand when his staff isn’t! Placed an online order which should have been ready at 12:50…..walked in at 12:52…to: one woman behind the counter with a 4-5 year old girl running around…..a line 5 people deep and she had no clue there was a “paid for” online order that should have been ready!! I want my money refunded!! Please respond to me with a phone number, so you can make a arrangements to refund me as I never received anything from you!! This is not the way you run a Subway!!!

So I placed a online order (ordering stops at 8:30pm). I get to the establishment to pick up my order, which of course has been paid for, and they are closed! Lights off, barricade in place. I asked one of the Walmart associates how long they had been closed, and he tells me the only worker there left at 8pm. That was my dinner for tonight, lunch for work tomorrow and my money is spent. Not pleased at all, this place is so slow. I did a online order and even that is a waste of time. It took 5 times to finally get a order in. The page is very slow loading, and it kept wanting me to sign up and when I did it the page emptied my cart and I had to start all over again. It gave me a time to pick up order and when I got there they were just starting to make my order. And got home and found 3 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. And my son wanted ranch doritos and they were so old they were stale. They don’t check product dates, and they don’t care if order is correct.

If there is an option of 0 star, I would have given so. Manager on shift was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for veggies delite sandwich 6inch, I told her politely to make sure it is not shorter than 6inch. She put vinegar when I told her not to. She had facial expression as she does not want to work nor provide good customer service. She told me to keep moving. She did not offer to make a new sandwich as she supposed to. She still charged me money. I need my money back. I were the boss, I would have fired her for providing horrible service and being disrespectful. This subway does not deserve to be running. I am definitely not returning. One and only most worst customer service experience I ever had. I hope the subway executive leader is taking this review seriously.

Not sure which Subway location this is, but the one on Sparkman n the Wal-Mart was short handed. I placed my order online ‘n went to pick up when told it was ready…of course I had already paid for it. Got there ‘n not only was my wrap NOT ready, but it took an additional 30 minits +/- b4 it was. The manager comp’d my by offer’n a drink/chips.

Had Bad Customer Service she was the Shift Leader then over charged me for my food then when I asked for refund, the shift lead called someone on the phone and told me I have to wait on manager to come and give me my money back. This further shows the poor customer service I received! I am a consumer and I work hard for mine and not spending my money no where I’m not treated to my satisfaction. IDC who you are black, white. purple. green. orange it doesn’t matter!
