We eat here 4-5 times a week and love everyone except on Saturday we get up and go kayaking and we pack subway for lunch. Every employee there welcomes us before 9 am except one and she turns us away at 3 mins till 9 even though it says they open 8 on every website I’ve found!

Food was ok, but the rudest workers no hi, hello, nothing. When I paid she looked and seen how much I left for a tip, and then just slid my bag to me and walked away. Very unpleasant when I’m spending my hard earned money and I Chose to go to subway. Well not again! If you have these rude employees take a look at sales that’s why. No customer service skills whatsoever! Very unhappy.

Placed order at 8 pm via mobile. 5 minutes later they call and say they are out of bread and aren’t allowed to make anymore after 6 per store policy. I said so what am I supposed to do he responds uhm I don’t know let me ask. A lady gets on and says you have to figure out through the app, I said well how long does that take she replied 6-24 hours. I said well you’d be pretty mad if someone took $35 she replied no sweetie I wouldn’t you need to call through the app and figure it out. I replied well aren’t y’all worthless. Update the guy called back and said the manager would cancel the order he called and asked what to do. Something as simple as refunding an order they couldn’t make took 30 minutes of arguing and being stupid.

Ordered on the app. Usually they serve very good sandwiches. The crew was new. Tall guy, short girl. Bought 2 sandwiches, takeout. Sorry excuse for a subway sandwich. Both were very little meat, veggies were not fresh, bread was old.
I’ve traded here since they opened. Never a poor experience until now.

Great food, very fresh food, and very clean inside, but they were out of bread we wanted, and said the pizzas were frozen, and that’s what my grandson wanted! Why didn’t they thaw pizzas in advance?? And, oh my the prices have gotten unbelievable expensive! I took my family of 3 adults and 2 kids to eat, and it costs $47. I was in shock! Because 2 were kid’s meals, and 2 were wraps with 1 order getting water. So, next time…steak house for us!!

I went last night for 3 footlongs, and this was by far my best experience at any subway! Thanks to Zack and Justin. Justin really took his time making my food (literally the most beautiful sandwiches) and Zack had the best personality. Only 4 stars because the time before this, the guy was telling me the signs were to “keep conversation down between customers and employees “ and I like to tell ppl what a great job they’re doing. And there was no bread but some wheat, no pizza sauce, or meatballs. I wanted to take a pic last night my sandwiches were literally perfect, so thank you Justin! You guys are awesome and deserve a raise! Thank you! 10/10 for these guys! Store was clean also.

I guess it’s a requirement to be able to roll your eyes at your guests in order to have a job here. Came in to eat with my family an hour before they closed and the young ladies working there on 4/17/19 were visibly annoyed with us. Sorry we ruined your night at YOUR JOB. Can’t stress customer service enough, I’ve worked in it 10 years and I’ve never treated anyone like they did us tonight. Not pleased but stuck with this being the only subway near by…I will make sure we don’t annoy the employees any longer. The Hampton Cove location is not much further down the road, we will go there when we are craving subway, I bet they will appreciate their paying customers.

Service here was fast and friendly! We came to the area for a funeral and only had 45 minutes to eat and get back. They served us a fast meal without making us feel rushed.
