I ordered a 6inch tuna melt sandwich and paid for the sandwich online. Due to complications I arrived late and the store closed. I contacted the store the next day and was greeted on the phone by a lady who truly showed she had no customer service and was short with her response. I asked her if the order was still valid, she yes. The sandwich was made last night and still ready for pick up. I was shocked to here that this restaurant is willing to sale customer day old food. Since this person has informed me of this. I will ensure I pick up the day old sandwich and provide my video to the nearest food inspector for their review. Restaurant owners expect the local customers to purchase their products while they lack customer service. In other words this location is only interested in collecting our financial resources while under severing our expectations for quality. I would never return to this location and caution all others to beware.

The two girls working Saturday night were amazing with such good attitudes, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely patient with me while I was indecisive of what I wanted and explained every sandwich I asked about. And to top it off the store was spotless. Will definitely be eating here again!

I stopped in for lunch today, the staff were very friendly. The portions here are great. Don’t think I’ve ever had a sub with that much in the sandwich where I usually go! Got the roast beef, was loaded down perfectly. Will definitely be back to this location when I’m wanting Subway.

The workers were very friendly. Food was ordered in the app, was not quit ready when I arrived but they were taking great care to ensure the special order was done correctly. This is one of the best subways around. They were not skimping on toppings or meats. The sandwiches were as pictured on their menu. I would drive from my home, 15 miles to get sandwiches here. The Huntsville Subways have gotten very “cheap” in what they put on your sandwiches.

Eat at this location one to two times a week. Never had bad food till today. The ham was terrible and probably should not have been served. Once home we all took it off our sandwich.
I felt like service was so rushed due to pending door dash orders. all sandwiches were executed poorly. My bmt had no salami, I could not watch that sandwich because my other two were being pushed over.
Think I’ll be skipping this subway for awhile. I’ll change my review next time I decide to give you a chance.

Usually a very good experience during the day or on weekends. Tonight was exceptionally poor. We were greeted, I think. When we started to order, we were asked “if we had eaten in a newly opened Mexican restaurant because they have killed their business.”
Their attitudes were as if we were a burden to them both by ordering our meal from them! Neither employee engaged with us or made us feel welcome at all. They looked depressed and tired, clothes were crumpled, not what I have come to expect from Subway at all.
I tipped them because I hoped it would cheer them up.
The real let down was when we ate our subs they had prepared.
The bread was stale, like hard stale. We ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 were stale which really ruined the whole dining experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Workers and manager refused to remake online kids order to remove all toppings. The online ordering stated only Mayo and cheese but on their end showed all toppings. We paid 20 bucks for 2 kids meals bc manager refused to remake it. We will never go back to this location. The first girl I talked to said she’d remake them if I bring the sandwiches back then a girl in the background spoke up and said no we won’t. She then called her manager to confirm we won’t remake the sandwiches. The manager still hasn’t returned my call.
