I’ve been a little unimpressed with this Subway since management changed a few years ago. Since recently swapping to ordering online/taking out, my order is incorrect probably 50% of the time (usually something is left off). Accuracy tends to be better (but still not always correct) when ordering at the restaurant, but I don’t have that luxury much these days. Friendly staff, but just too many mistakes to be considered reliable

*** 1/10/24 Update: I stopped by this Subway after the remodel was complete, the people are still nice but be mindful that the meat and cheese section has a metal cover ovet it, so you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a turkey and the person who ate that sandwich stated that there was turkey and salami on the sandwich (not what they ordered and not something they normally eat) so they ended up getting ill. Because this location has this barrier that is not typical for a Subway I do not think I will be returning to this location.
This Subway was in the middle of a remodel when I went in. The staff was super nice, the food was fresh, and the store looks and feels clean.

Good ol Double Meat Deluxe 2x the meat order. Only thing I got was a footling that looked like this. $15.36 for a foot long to look like this. Now I’m stuck at work thinking what to eat after this almost meatless snack

It’s happened to me three different visits, so I won’t be returning.

My family and I visited this Subway today, and we were really impressed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, BMT, and Tuna subs — all were delicious! Mrs. Rose, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. We really appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be coming back next time

It was great to visit such a clean Subway, especially here in Madison. The staff were all polite and quick with my order. Excellent customer service! Even though it’s a bit of a drive from home, it’s definitely worth it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Worst customer ever. I came in and ordered 3 subs and they didn’t accept my coupon so I went all the way home to get a paper coupon and they expected me to get the same sandwiches they put in their cooler. Wow. He made them over and had an attitude the entire time. When I get home and settled my 8 yr old said his sandwich tasted funny so I tasted mine and indeed it did. The cucumbers had a chemical taste to them as like they didn’t rinse them off or something. So I called back and let them know and they were all disrespectful and rude. Told me to bring the sandwiches back and receipt then I said they didn’t put the receipt in my bag then they started yelling like a crazy person at me and hung up on me. I will never go to this subway ever again!! I mean never!!! I need to speak with corporate asap.

Today (Sep 12, 2:45) I came to this location for lunch. I walked in and the only employee (at the time) was sweeping around the tables and booths. Everything was clean and well stocked.
He saw me and quickly made my sandwich which was so good!
After I ate I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was also clean and fully stocked.
I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that was working but he was professional and hard working. Please give him a raise or a good bonus!

I have had at least six visits to this Subway in the past three months. When the gentleman at the counter is working there, he’s always MEAN and apparently angry with the world in general. He’s got ZERO customer service qualities and clearly gives me the impression he does not want to be in the restaurant business. I order my food online. The restaurant itself is ALWAYS empty, and I’m starting to understand why that is the case. He screamed “FOOD!!!” at someone in the back when I was there picking up my internet order – I’m presuming the prep bar needed to be restocked. He lacks the professionalism, I’m truly sorry to have to say that. Lastly, I was never greeted, never acknowledged – and he basically slammed the bag of sandwiches on the counter. This particular location does not even participate in the Subway APP program deals. So, yes, I’m finished with this Subway location, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Word of advice, a smile goes a very long way – especially working in the customer service industry.
