walk in no hello or greeting white couple walking in RIGHT behind me SAM (the mgr) all smiles and gives them a welcoming greeting. witnessed a blk older woman come in and same thing no greeting or acknowledgement. wasn’t a welcoming feel to this store. I won’t return to this location. trash/cups on 2 of the tables I attempted to sit at as well as trash on floor.

Was there tonight, 10-23-22, a young man behind the counter was all alone, a customer told us another employee called out at the last minute but this young man was apologetic, smiling, and never complained. I went to this subway on 3/6/22. I walked in at around 7:40pm thinking they closed at 9pm. When I walked in I was greeted with the question asking if I was there to pick up an online order. I said I was not, and continued to stand there waiting. There was a man in front of me. The girl behind the counter was explaining how slammed they were all day, and that she did not even get a lunch break that day. Several minutes went by and I was still waiting. Another girl came from behind the back area and said “oh. We are closed.” I responded with “I have been waiting here and it’s only 745pm you don’t close until 9.” She then said “we are closing early and our manager will be upset with us.” I explained to her that it was very poor business to randomly just close down, and not have the girl at the counter (who was making subs) say anything since I was there waiting already. It wasn’t even 8pm yet, and she was telling me they were closed. I ended up walking out, because I was very disappointed in the service. I come to this subway all the time. I hate going there in the afternoons, because you never know how the service will be, and tonight was absolutely horrible. I hope the management really looks into who was “closing” their store last night. I was not the only customer in there, there were around 2-3 others who came in after me. Just disappointing.

I love the managers here! The guy who works there knows my order BY heart. i can tell her cares about his job. Not very satisfied with the new teen workers, I feel like they’re judging me and are giving me weird side eyes, that’s why i only give 4 stars.. this used to be my favorite location, but they are somewhat not making me want to come back.

Won’t be returning to this subway. When I unwrapped my sandwich, half of the toppings were hanging off to the point she could’ve just put them on the side. Then the other half had so much Buffalo sauce, it oozed out upon biting, that I could only taste the Buffalo sauce. Couldn’t taste the chicken, green peppers, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers or the wheat bread. Sandwich was made by Ari. Whom didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Customer service makes or breaks a store.
