First of all the man who works there usuals seems to be in a bad mood every time we have gone in there he is always up set because they mess up the orders and I haven them fix it before we leave today was the 4th time we have order for this specific place and the was rude in the back when I called to tell them I have accidentally order at the wrong restaurant and what we can do to fix it and nothing to say but we can’t refund you. Needless to say we will never be wording from this location again do not recommend .

Good BUT my sandwich always get overly squished when he wraps it up even after repeatedly asking to not squish the bread when wrapping. Did not pay for a squished up sandwich.

On Jun 13th 7:45pm. We ordered through the mobile app a philly steak and a subway melt. Picked up the order and drove home only to find out one of the sandwiches was made incorrect. We returned and showed the man our order receipt. Now on his receipt it says subway club and ours says subway melt (clearly there was something wrong with the app if my receipt says different than his) no big deal right just a simple glitch. Instead of politely apologizing for the glitch and just remaking the sandwich he proceeds to argue with me about this sandwich. He asked his coworker to come help him and that guy wouldn’t not come help because he knew this man was in the wrong. I’ve never been to a subway that is so messed up and be treated with such disrespect. It’s quite obvious that the system had a glitch and that it was a simple misunderstanding but not to this man he continued to argue with us until we demanded a refund and we will never come back to this location. It’s 15 miles one way up to that location so to have to drive up there twice and get treated like this is garbage. I will contact the district manager for this location and make a formal complaint.

Eaten here 3 times in the last couple of weeks. Food is always fresh and staff is courteous. Be careful with the door, it does not open all the way.
