Walked in this morning just before 9 AM the lights are on and the doors are open the food display was full, music was playing.
A white male with short blond hair about 5’8” Walked up and said what can I do for you, I said I’d like to order some food sir. He replied with a very smart demeanor and smirk and he said oh not right now you’re not we’re not open have a good day. I responded with what type of attitude and reply is that I said that is beyond unprofessional and just straight rude.
He then asked me to leave the store and we exchange some words come to find out he is the franchise owner and is beyond one of the rudest most unprofessional conniving people I’ve ever met in my life no one should do business here.

Normally food is good. My co worker and I ordered today on line and both of our sandwiches were soggy. Looks like all the condiments were put directly on the bread. My co workers order was wrong as well. Think next time I will call instead of ordering on line.

Even though most of my coworker told me to avoid this place I still went 3 times a week for lunch. It was close and fast. Today I went in as usual. I ordered my usual. They ran out of meat half way through making my sandwich and they were like “Ahh, F it.” It kinda of took me by surprise. They see me so often every week that I thought they were joking with me. Nope. They sold me that half made sandwich at full price. That was the last sandwich they ever sold me.

If I could give this location a lower rating, then, I would.

They are unsanitary.

I went into the store and ordered some cookies and the employee proceeds to grab them with his hands and packages them and tells me my total. I tool them and trashed them immediately.

Just yesterday, I also witnessed an employee stacking the cookies with his bare hands like he was stacking cards. Then he went into the back and started make sandwiches with no gloves.

Unacceptable.

I’ve been here a few times, I find it clean and comfortable. The owner seems normal as they come and from what I can tell runs his subway the way it should be ran, I worked at one once for a couple of years. I see there are several one star reviews claiming alot of preposterous statements. I just have to say, I have worked with the public for far too long myself too and alot of the folks in society aren’t necessarily the nicest smartest people to be found. Sometimes it gets difficult to deal with slack employees or lack thereof, owning a business you are forced to be there 80 hours 100 140 hours a week. Think about that for a minute and remember. Be kind to each other. I talk nice every time i go in. I even used online and he has it started immediately . They work 6 days a week for our crummy gratuity. We don’t deserve buckeys

Manager is not customer oriented, avoid eye contact, and rarely gives off the impression that he wants to be there. The place has VERY high turnover, and I have witnessed him raise his voice with his employees. The food is great, and on par with other Subways. I just don’t care for the environment there.

I work nearby so I frequent here often. The food has always been good. Being its next door to a college, if you go in at lunch you can expect a wait. Otherwise service is prompt.

I dont know the management personally but one day I went in and after they made my sandwich I noticed my wife had taken my debit card from the previous day and I was unable to pay. Being he knew me as a regular he allowed me to take the food given I’d come in the next day to pay him(which I did). I say that because there aren’t many places that operate like that any more and to me that speaks volumes of someone’s character.

A frequent stop for lunch – at least once a week. They get busy with us construction boys coming for lunch, but they are quick, accurate, and always pleasant and joking with us. Great food and better people.

The workers are very nice to the customers, but thought it was very odd that they don’t take official Subway coupons since COVID first hit (their excuse) and it’s been 3 years…. Only subway I know that won’t take them.

It was a very bad experience the subway way over charged my 80 year old mom for 4 foot long subs it was suspose to be no more then 36.00 and they charged 78.00 they need to reimburse her for the subs. They need to send my mom an apology or I will put it on social media about the whole situation they need to have more training and learn to count money back to customers my mom is very upset can you please do something about this. It was about 1:10 to 1:15 pm on 12/21/2018
