Oh my, oh my, if you have not tried the new line on the menu, you must!!!!. The Bella, the monster and the others are absolutely a party in my tummy. Lol, so so delicious. Great job on the revamping, guys. Subway is in my top 5 favs.

I ordered the Baja chicken bacon sandwich. There was no cheese the bacon was raw. Chicken was cold.And just a little sauce put on it. Hopefully I won’t be sick later from the bacon being raw. Worst sandwich from subway ever

I’ve had a few issues with the accuracy of orders, especially those I have ordered online ahead of pickup. The staff is friendly, but there have been a couple that were, IMO not up to Subway standards. The store is always clean and the service is very fast.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it had always been decent. This time however, they got two of my sandwiches completely wrong. I called them to notify them of this problem, and they seemed a little rude about the whole situation. The food is good when they can get the order correct.

Wonderful Fresh Food . The Subway here in Rogersville Al Hwy 72 East, also, has the Friendliest staff, too. One time I decided to try the pizza (an employee suggested it)~ could not believe how good it was !!! Love going to eat here

Came here over the weekend with some friends. I’m from out of town, so I try to go to Phil’s every time I’m in the area. Due to Covid, there’s no indoor dining. You’re able to place an order over the phone, which is what I chose to do. I placed the order about 25mins before getting there, and there were about 5-6 people in front of me. Once I got to the register, I thought my food would already be ready since the person on the phone said I could pick it up in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes in the indoor dining area for my food.

Very disappointed show up and I’m the only costumer they were out of just abt everything by my 4th meat request they had it. Place had no cookies and to top it off when I got to the very end to ask for sauce for my sandwich they were outta southwestern Chipotle .
