So I went into this subway at 6:50 pm last night. I ordered a large icee and then u asked if they had sweet tea. The ladies who were working said we do but not sure how fresh it is. So I got a small sample to try it. I said it’ was fine give me a medium. So I put ice in cup started to pour my sweet tea. Didn’t even get the cup 10 % full. I told the ladies behind the counter. There response was well I don’t know what to tell you or what I can do for you. I’m like thinking are you serious. That was the worst customer service I have ever had in a subway. Will never ever go back

Cannot recommend this location enough, hands down the best Subway in Florence. Store is always very clean, staff is always friendly, service is fast and the food is delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, some of the employees even remember me and have my order started before I even get in the door. Fantastic store, all around!

Was very dirty, told us to wait 5 minutes for bread to cook (then didn’t tell us it was only 3 loaves of white bread and nothing else) told us they was out of Italian herb and cheese and then proceeded to give it to the man behind us. The lady behind the counter (nose ring, and half pink hair) was acting all annoyed and deep sighing whenever we would order something. Then lastly the lobby said it didn’t close till 9pm and they told us we had to leave at 8:45pm but didn’t proceed to tell us this until 8:15pm after we just paid for our food!

Really clean restaurant, friendly staff and I have never seen a subway worker take the time to neatly make my sandwich to perfection! Usually it is a total mess! Not here.
