Just got the worst tuna sandwich. Hard as a rock bread, not sure what kind had seeds. I ordered white. Mayo all over the place. Couldn’t eat the way it was made. Had to remake with bread I had at home. Ordered sandwich at drive thru.

I used the drive thru. You can only use coupons for certain subs which is inconvenient to figure out and odd…it says it’s because some have double meat etc….so I am guessing you can’t add double meat or cheese with a coupon….which makes NO sense…I have ALWAYS used a coupon before and got added meat and cheese….all they have to do is input the coupon and then add those things on. They can do it, but probably don’t understand how. All other subways do. The management appears to have changed because the workers both were indian. I am going to guess this is why they don’t understand how to use the coupon AND also allow you to pay for extras. Maybe they could go to another Subway franchise and ask them how. The food was good though ..they actually made it as I asked and so despite having new management, they seem to be doing really well in the food department. I was expecting it to not taste well, but it was really good. So overall I was really happy….the workers were nice overall though the one worker seemed a little confused when he was at the window and they were preparing my food. I am not sure what that was about, but it made me a little uneasy.

Owen was a joy. Very good employee. There was this other girl on the other hand that wasn’t a good employee. She didn’t even have a name tag on so I can’t name her, but she was rude. Acted like she would rather be somewhere else, and like we were bothering her for trying to order. She neglected to give my mom her extra two cups of sauce, and Owen had to do it. Lack of name tag means I have to describe her, she was wearing a gold necklace and has brownish black hair. She didn’t even ask if we wanted our receipt. Just threw it away. She needs to learn to be more friendly and not act like her customers who are paying good money are bothering her. And she needs to learn how to wear a ducking name tag.

Normally have a good experience with this place, but I had placed a mobile order in for a simple #6 with cookies & a drink. Got here about 5 min early before it was ready, which they got a little confused on that, but said it hadn’t went through yet. But, then had to wait 15 more minutes after the time that it was supposed to be ready. So I had to walk up to the counter and ask him to make it and talk to one of the girls to let her know that the previous people didn’t make my mobile order after I told them. And thankfully she took care of it all for me. I just really didn’t appreciate the other couple employees that just completely ignored me and acted like my order was at a different store even though I showed him the correct address. I have a feeling I won’t be mobile ordering from this location again.

My wife Went and placed an order threw drive thru, had some specifics for each sandwich (ordered 3 footlongs and a 6 inch for family dinner) every single sandwich was incorrectly made! What if one of us had a food allergy? She will be calling the store tomorrow for a full refund. This is ridiculous. $50 dollars to keep from cooking at home for quicker means and we got food that was literally thrown together .. and the sandwiches were barely wrapped, and not correct at all. One sandwich didn’t even have meat across the whole footlong. Worse time ever, after having went here several times before. Do better subway!!!

Its a guy that works there that literally does no work he stands there doing nothing all day doing nothing but telling his other coworkers what to do. I litterly witnesse it every time i come here…and i heard he basically harasses some of the young ladys there and hes like 22 working with younger women around the age of 16-17 I believe his name may be Clifford or clif something along those lines
