Last time I will go there. I have had bad experiences each time. He is racist against black people, first off. This man was wanting to order, and I walked into the store to wait in line and he ended up telling me to order first. Well, I told the other guy to tell the guy what he wanted and I paid for him. That was about a year ago.
Both times I have ordered any sandwich there, the bread is chewy or stale and there is hardly any meat. Do better. Get a new owner

I ordered what I usually get at Subway. He told me I owed him $16 for a 6” meal. I told him I was not paying that for a 6” meal. I have never paid that for what I get. He gave me a $2 discount like that was a good thing. Even with the discount I have never paid that. Just ate at the one in Hartselle last week and my husband and I both ate for that. He told me I needed to look at the prices next time before ordering. How rude was that. Will never go back. Guess that is why they stay empty in here. Now I know why. Used my points to try the Cinnabon. What a waste. Tasted old.

Came in for food with a coupon and was told I’d have to buy the expensive sandwich in order to use the coupon. My coupon doesn’t state anything about that and I’ve never heard of that being an issue.
The guy put on clean gloves then went to close the inside gate and came back and tried to make me food until the coupon issue. He was closing down at 8:20 when the store closes at 9.

I noticed a sign that says they have limited coupon options but one was the ham and turkey that I wanted, so great. When I had it made and went to pay, the arabic guy who made my sandwich said I couldn’t use the coupon because it was only good for a regular sandwich which apparently means a sandwich with no toppings. Who gets a sandwich with just meat and bread? The meat was unusually thin as well. I guess I’m done with Subways in Decatur.

Worst subway ever. Unless you like salad sandwiches. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway. After getting home and checking them. There was hardly any meat on all 3 of the footlong subs I ordered. They are obviously using the prepared 6 inch meat portions on the footlongs. If there was even that much meat on it. Ridiculous. We will never eat there again.

Ordered two 6 on. Combos and when he rang it up it came up as the price I normally pay at other subways. He said wait a minute he canceled it and started over and came up with a ridiculous amount. Stay away from this subway!! They are ripping people off!!!

Ordered 2 palm sized pizzas and 1 foot long meatball sub with 2 drinks and was way overcharged. Drinks had a nasty taste and had to be thrown away, one pizza was overcooked and the other was undercooked and doughy, the footlong sub tasted like bad meat so it all had to be disposed of. Total cost of these items was $44.93 we have NEVER been charged that much for this and it at least had a great taste. We will NEVER be back to the subway in the Decatur Walmart.
