Besides the sticker shock at Subway prices now, the sub was good. I got one of the foot long pretzels, couldn’t bite it. Got it home and tried to break it up using my heavy duty tenderizer hammer. Not so much. I guess that I went in thinking that it was a softer pretzel, but it turned out to be one that I could barely break with my hands and definitely could not bite.

The business is impeccably clean and I was there after a torrential rain. The girls really seem to care about the place. The sandwiches were perfect and the girls made time to talk with a customers. You simply can’t ask for more than that.

I ordered steak and cheese FL and my friend ordered the rotisserie chicken FL. When I tell you my steak looked like mushed up cat food with the amount a kitten might eat. There wasn’t any mustard, I asked for extra olives there was maybe 5 and 2 strips of bell pepper. It looked like flatbread bc it was smooshed down and it wasn’t even toasted. My friends looked like throw up on bread. Her bread was hard as a rock. I took a few pics and a video of both sandwiches. I called and spoke to a young man and explained to him about our sandwiches he said he was closing up and he’d write it down.

I ordered a no.2 (Outlaw), and the employee began putting white american cheese on it instead of the pepper jack. I caught it and she was able to easily fix it. It was only her second day, so she gets a pass, right? However, as I was walking out, and this was at 11:30 a.m., the garbage can near the door was not clean. Also, one of the veteran employees should have washed her hands while taking out the freshly baked bread. She was wearing oven mitts, and stopped to do something in the back before returning to the front. Before she put the mitts back on, she scratched her ear and just wiped it on her pants. She didn’t touch the bread with her bare hands. I just thought it looked bad to resume changing the bread around without washing her hands.

They have gotten worse and worse over the years. Last time I placed an order and went to pick it up they claimed that the order was never placed even though I had an email confirmation. No offer to discount or even apology. And today they literally gave us half of our food..what was supposed to be footlong were 6 in. So when my husband gets home with it and I ask where the rest of it is..I call there and again have to prove they are the ones that messed up and the only compensation was our next two six inches free. $40 for 3 six in subs..we won’t be going back

I got there at 12:15pm and they were already out of two different items I wanted. They didn’t seem concerned about replacing those items. The two girls working there acted like they cared more about how their mascara looked than how the customers were treated, including the older couple in front of me.

I usually have a good experience at this subway, but last Friday was a different story. First neither of the two girls working new had to make the sandwiches I ordered. Two sandwiches into my four sandwich order more customers entered the store and instead of finishing my order they started helping the second and then third customer in line. The customer behind me actually got there sandwich and left the store before my order was complete. The lettuce was basically gone but instead of stopping to get more they just put less and less on each subsequent sandwich. The cucumbers had frozen and they just broke the ice crystals off and put them on the sandwiches anyway. Worst customer service ever, I felt like walking out halfway through my order.
