I just went in to get my family’s dinner and I ordered 8 sandwiches…the red headed lady behind the counter not wearing a name tag immediately got an attitude saying that if I wanted that many I should have used the app! Since when is it required to use the app to order food? Since when can you not walk into a Subway and watch your sandwich being freshly made? This is one of the appealing qualities of Subway but not at the Red Bay Location! She continued making my sandwiches while huffing and puffing about each one and then I noticed that she hadn’t even put her gloves on! When I asked her to put them on and re make my sandwiches please she refused to and said that I would still have to pay for the ones she had already made! I asked for her name and she rudely said that she wasn’t going to tell me! I don’t know any place else that would stand for their customers to be treated with such disrespect or employ such lazy nasty people who don’t treat their customers right! I do not recommend this Subway location to anyone and we will be going to the Belmont location until it’s improved and this rude nasty red headed lady no longer works there! We found a hair in one sandwich and they were all sloppy and poorly made! I wouldn’t have even given it one star but I had to so that I would be able to write my review!!!

Service was AWFUL. Food was good but once we sat down and ate, one worker came to the table and harassed one of my friends who was eating with us. The worker continued to be rude as she walked back to behind the counter.

I hardly ever give a five star review but this time I am. I tried the barbeque chicken sub and was impressed. I’m not big on eating chicken due to I used to work at a chicken plant. Usually I would give it 4 stars because to me nobody or nothing is perfect. They are always the friendliest restaurant in town.

Ive been told they have a new manager. The score was 70. I heard several complaints. We are all saying we won’t be eating there again until the score is back up. It sounds like they need a new manager. They were also out of simple things today due to manager not coming in. I hope someone sees this that will help ensure our subway doesn’t close due to lack of business because of the score. 70 is bad.
